The first technician had me sit at their table, I waited 15 minutes at their table on top of 45 minutes of waiting after arrival. They then passed me to another technician, who filed my nails so thin it hurt. The tech did not say a single word to me the entire time. He did not use a clean file on my hands. $35 later, I had a set of one-color- too-thick acrylic nails. When I returned a few weeks later for a fill-in, three of my nails had broken off. They told me that my nails were too thin to fill-in, and they took off the acrylics by shoving a tool under it. No soaking, no nothing. This hurt so bad! Then, when I asked for just a normal polish manicure, they said my nails would fall off unless I put sns on it. The sns was $40, and ended up cracking and breaking off in chunks (taking my nail with it) in less than a week. I never went back after that- it took a month and a lot of blood from broken nails to even grow my nails back.
