After my dip he lead me to my pedi where another gentleman thought the impairment was giggle worthy because I couldn't understand. He acted as if he was afraid to touch me. It was the lightest touch pedi I've encountered. It was so light it reminded me of how I rubbed my baby's back to put them to sleep. I put lotion on harder than this guy rubbed. I was adamant the polish match as I am picky about it. The mani was great. The pedi has a pink tint to it and does NOT match. This by far was the WORST, most expensive experience I've ever had. I would show a picture here if allowed. I chose the $38 pedi. My bill was $98!! So a dip powder mani is $60?? I was in there 2 HOURS! My advice is DONT DO IT!

We have been twice to have mother/daughter pedicures and both times it has been worth it. We had to…read morewait both times for 15-20 minutes even with appointments however the customer service is outstanding. Masks are mandatory and enforced. We schedule our pedicures upon recommendation from the staff. Highly recommend reaching out to do so. When you arrive you must wash your hands and then sit in the amply provided waiting area. Once you are taken to your chair you will notice all items being used on your feet are clean, new and everything is disinfected between customers. They do not use illegal tools like some nail salons. They have plenty of colors to choose from and are willing to help you select if you need it. My daughter is 3 and loves coming here as they even have a hello kitty mini chair for her to use. Highly recommend for first pedicure and manicures. Will be back!

He rolled one too much and the color came off so he just filled it off so it was a completely different shape. I've never had anything bad to say until today. I am beyond pissed. He hit me with the nail file and was rude all over. He only clipped one hand of my nails when i didn't even want him to clip either. I tried to tell him that one of my tips when he was gluing them was coming off and he just said I know with a pissy tone and didn't do anything about it but proceeded to put sns on top of it so i can expect it to pop off in a day or two.
