I would not go here. I've been getting my nails done at this salon sense I lived two Rome. They do a decent job only if Cindy does your nails.When I went in on Sunday March 8th I got a full set of gel x nails. I paid 60 dollars and tipped 10. I left for a vacation and within two days two nails popped off. I returned Sunday the 15th and only had four nails left. When I went inside i asked for them to be fixed or taken off. When the couple refused to fix the situation I left. I didn't even ask for a partial refund just for their mistake to be fixed. read more

I would strongly suggest to not water your money at this nail salon. I asked for coffin shape and he cut them so short and gave me pointy squared shape. They were not friendly, it seemed as if they couldn't get done fast enough with my nails to get me out of there. Hands down one of the worst things experiences at a nail salon that I had to go down the road to The Nail Studio to have them fixed!!!! read more

Went to get my nails removed, woman took off the gel polish with the Dremel tool. Soaked for 30 minutes in acetone, to the point my fingers were white. Man came over and shaved the tiniest bit off. I asked him if he could just dremel the rest off, he said no he can rip the fake nails off if I don't want to soak more. I told him I wasn't going to soak more, paid $6 and while he was running my card I broke off 2 of the fake nails with EASE. Never been more disappointed in a nail salon and the service in my life. read more

I've visited this salon multiple times just because they're the cheapest gel pedicure I've came across. I don't think I'll be going back though. I originally asked for a regular pedicure ($20 they said), sat down told the lady I had gel previously on my toes she says it's a $5 extra charge to remove gel (????) I agreed and told her I wanted regular polish. Next another lady who works there walks by and TAPS me on the shoulder trying to persuade me to get gel telling me it'll last longer, it won't chip, and it's only $10 more dollars. So I got gel and I told her what new color I wanted picked one, and she came back with a color that I did not pick. Tells me it's closest to the color on the bottle I already had.... Mind you, I agree with all of the other comments saying the gel polish literally chips in 3 days. But like I said, it's the cheapest in Rome. I went and got my nails done on Saturday. By the time Tuesday came around, my nails chipping and peeling. Not to add, it's gel polish. Also the nail tech that did my polish did an awful job. The layers are super thin and it looks awful. I had an awful experience here and if I didn't live out of town, I would demand a redo. read more

I have been going here for months. The owner greets me when I walk in and I quickly get seated to get my nails done. I usually go during lunch time and he knows this and tells me if he doesn't have time to get my nails done in order for me to be back within an hour. I never leave reviews, but I've had 2 bad experiences here and feel like I should leave a review. I'll never come back to this salon again. The first time, I went for a pedicure. When the nail tech lady came over to where I was seated in the chair, she took a look at my feet and laughed! I asked her why she was laughing, but she didn't respond. She didn't talk to me the entire time. It was super awkward. My friend and I went for manicures today. I chose a gel mood color changing shade. As the nail tech was painting my nails, I noticed the shade did not match either color on the bottle. I pointed this out, and she proceeded to tell me it would change when I washed my hands. She kept painting my nails, and I pointed it out again because the color was nothing like the shade color on the bottle. She just shrugged her shoulders at me and ignored me for the rest of the duration of my manicure. I was seething by this point. I let her finish my nails though. After I paid and walked out, I noticed my nails were very tacky, as if they weren't dry. There's nail polish on my skin around my nail beds. Some of my nails are not painted on the sides. I'm so upset! I only came here because the salon I normally visit is not open on Sundays. I won't come here again. The customer service is not up to my standards. I don't want to get my nails done somewhere where I'm rudely treated and the service is not excellent. read more

I totally LOVE this nail salon. It's bright and clean with lots of space, rather than cramped and dirty like many other local salons I've walked in and walked back out of. The staff is always pleasant and I usually don't have a wait unless someone with an appointment walks in. (I'm typically a drop-in since I'm never sure of breaks in my schedule). I like that they don't have a loud TV tuned into a talk show or reality nonsense...I like the quiet, serene atmosphere where I can relax and catch up with a magazine. The shear privacy curtains between pedi-chairs is also an added plus. The fact that I'm not bombarded with a menu of services booklet when I sit down is also a bonus. The tech is professional, sees what I need, and provides a beautiful service and a reasonable fee. A+++ in my book. read more

Incredibly rude, especially the Asian man who runs it! Treated his employees like slaves. Told me that there would be a wait - even though there was not one customer anywhere! The woman who did my son's manicure left midway through his nails to go do some skank's unibrow. Worst at customer service! Plus sterile procedures appeared to be lacking. read more

I do not recommend this place. I got gel nails done on Saturday, and the next day they started to chip, and now they are basically completely off (it is Wednesday) The whole time I was rushed so they could serve other customers. She spent a total of 12 minutes on my nails. The only upside is the price(only $15), but I guess you get what you paid for. read more

i had my nails done here on 05/04. it is 05/09, and almost all of my nails are peeling. the tech did not apply a base coat for my gel, which i pointed out, and she said it didn't need it. 5 days later and my nails are peeling and half are broken. i drove from out of state to have my nails done, which they were aware of. when i called and asked for a refund considering it's been 5 days and my nails are ruined and i don't feel comfortable driving an hour and a half again to have my nails messed up, yet again, she told me they would absolutely not be giving me a refund. the fact that my nails are completely peeling and broken 5 days after my appointment is absolutely ridiculous. they have been peeling since the day after i got them done. a refund is not only necessary but the right thing to do. just know if you give these people your business, they will not right their wrong. i absolutely do not recommend this salon. read more
