They did an awful job on my nails and the lady who did my toes did alright but it worth the money. The man who did my nails was rude and hateful he did an awful job on my nails and did not care to fix them. Than when he finished my nails he went to do another ladies toes and was rude to her and she still tipped him and he was complaining about the amount she tippedd. I did not tip because it wasn't even worth the money i paided for it and when i was walking out the lady was talking to her coworkers about it. My son and I went into Galaxy nails today and everyone was friendly and it was a very nice environment. We both had had the best pedicures and they really took their time. They did not do any shortcuts trying to get more customers in faster. They were concerned with providing excellent service not just making more money. Galaxy Nails was clean & the staff were typical. I got gel nails & my eyebrows waxed for $38 needless to say their pricing is more than reasonable. The tech that did my nails also did my eyebrows & she was great. I have very thin eyebrows so I was a little nervous about them being waxed but she made them look very neat. I will be going back. The only thing I noticed is one of the techs that was working on a customers toes didn't speak English & apparently couldn't understand it either because the tech that was doing my brows had to walk over & translate for the customer. I had high hopes for this nail shop based off of the reviews. However once I got there, there was a wait of about 30 minutes, the nail tech was not listening at all. I asked for long acrylic nails. Once nails were put on and cut I politely asked the nail tech to take off the nails on my thumbs because they had been cut down too short. The nail tech then proceed to cut the rest of my nails shorter rather then just putting on new nails. I ended up ripping off the acrylic while at the shop, upset that I did not get what I asked for. Will not be returning here, will not be recommending to anyone that knows exactly what they want because I promise they will be disappointed. read more

It seems that no one has done a recent review of this salon so I thought I would write one. I needed my eyebrows and lip waxed before I start work on Monday. They are open early on Saturdays and that is really helpful for an early bird like me. When I walked in, I was greeted promptly. However, every worker was busy. 2 doing manicures and 2 doing pedicures. It took about 10 minutes to get back and be seen and taken care of. And I wasn't in my own waxing room. I was in one of the pedicure chairs close to the end. The one really great thing about the waxing was how gentle she was. I wish that I got her name so that I could recommend her to others. For my lip and my eyebrow waxing, it was only $13. That's the cheapest I've ever seen it. The salon is very clean and quiet, which is nice Would I come back? Probably. It's right around the corner from my house and is very convenient. Not to mention, they're open until 730pm!! read more

I made an appointment and still waited 20 mins just to have the girl rush while doing my nails, and she made my acrylics way to thick and heavy! My real nails underneath hurt and the paint is chipping just the night after getting them done that morning! I am sorry but i don't recommend. read more

Came here for a basic pedicure and was pleased by the price: $22. It was an okay pedicure, nothing special. They do not use disposable plastic liners in the foot baths so that's less than sanitary. The workers are friendly and joke around with you. What I was not happy about was the fact that they charged my card for $2 over the price plus the tip I left. Loves this place! After being numerous other places I have found my permanent nail salon. The customer service was great and my pedicure looks great. They were very professional. I got the deluxe pedicure and it was great. They also have a reward program of you ask for a card, after your 5th fullset/fill in/ pedicure you get 25% off your next service. It was clean and quiet. In no way am I looking for sympathy here, but I just want to share my experience. Last Christmas, 2016, I was given a gift certificate to Galaxy Nails. In January I was diagnosed with breast cancer. While going through treatments, my doctor said that I was to not visit nail salons because of the way chemo effected my nails not to mention the exposure to germs. Plus, I simply physically was unable to go. Long story short, the gift certificate expired in November. I called and the person I spoke to over the phone wouldn't even consider honoring it. As a matter of fact, they were pretty rude about it even after explaining my story. Did the money expire that was paid to purchase the certificate? NO!!! I just hate that the person who purchased the certificate pretty much wasted their money. Just very disappointing and I will NEVER visit this salon now or recommend anyone else to. Tried to give this place a try and asked how long before I could receive a basic pedicure. The man said 30 minutes. I said OK and I patiently waited. It was like a morgue there and not a single smile or word from anyone. There was six customers there ( and I was one of the six) and four manicurist. After waiting for over an hour, I started to leave! And of course, that is when they wanted to serve me, I said, "Forget it!" Slowest place I have ever been.
