I assumed when they said they were giving me a van that it would be a handicapped van it would have a lift to lift the wheelchair in along with me in it. This was not the case. It was a van with the front and back seats with two high steps going up to each of the front and back seats. There was no lift 100 lb wheelchair had to be lifted into the back of the van. In order to get me into the van the driver and my sister's boyfriend had to do a fireman's chair lift to lift me into the seat. I have no complaints about the driver he was great it was just I expected a handicap van especially with the wheelchair and was not told that the van that I would get would not be accessible to me easily.

Over the course of four days, I was given four completely different SUV price quotes, each time blamed on a "system" or "technical" error. The rates changed repeatedly with no clear explanation or accountability. If a company cannot consistently generate an accurate quote, it raises serious concerns about their ability to deliver service on the day of travel. This process was disorganized, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. I ultimately cancelled the reservation and would not trust this company for any future travel. The driver was screaming and cussing at us telling us repeatedly to "go f**k ourselves" for no reason at all. He will force you to go to an ATM to pay with cash and still scream at you even when you pay with cash as asked. He tries to charge you more then agreed and the incorrect amount over and over. I had to correct him 3 times. He threatened to lock the doors, hold our bags hostage, and drive back to our originating location when he was throwing his tantrum. I felt very lucky to not have been alone in his car because he was truly scary. I wouldn't dream this experience on anyone, and avoid him at all costs. He should not be in this business. If you are riding alone, especially as a woman, do not use him under any circumstances. It is not worth it.
