I picked them because of their yelp rating, and it was spot on! We booked 3 different rides with them in September for our Alaska cruise out of Seattle. Communication was prompt and clear, all done through yelp message. Booking confirmations were sent immediately via email, and I had requested to add 20% tip. My friend and I were traveling from different part of the country, they tracked our flights and luckily we arrived pretty much around the same time. Roman, who ended up being our driver for all 3 rides, was in touch via text while we waited for luggage. Pick up was prompt, car was clean, everything is so smooth.
