10/10 Funnest fun park ever. Not only did my soccer team visit on Thursday, but we came back for more on Friday. The attractive staff (specifically Keenan on the go karts) made this experience even more enjoyable. On the first day we went on the go carts many times and then tried the mini golf on Friday. Great place for kids under 12. 30 bucks for 3 hours is worth it. If you have a kid that is on the shorter side don't buy pAss for parents.

Place is clean and pretty, but very expensive. $14 per child to jump on a trampoline for 1 hour. The other attractions are just as expensive and there really isn't anything for little ones. read more

We visited this fun park for the first time. Ask the employee for recommendations. Told her my sons ago. She recommended the fun card. Half of the activities on the fun card he couldn't do. (4 out of 6) One of the 4 riding with a adult only. One of those things were a baby playground. No 5 year would want to do that for 2 hours. He stated was boring! ($20 fund card good for 2 hours.) So a waste of time, and money for us. With plenty of time left on the fun card. After finding out there was limited things he could do. We asked to exchange his $20 fun card, for a $9 (30 min jump) The manager refuse. So my son had to sit and watch the other kids we were with play. I wasn't going to pay another $11, being we had aren't spent enough at this point on pizza, drinks, etc. At this place we will never visit again. They weren't going to get any more of my funds. Being that my son was sold a card that he couldn't use. These people care more about money, then people actually having a good time. Our first, and last time. Save yourself the time, and more. Go to Sky Zone. We've traveled all over the world, doing different activities. Never had this kinda experience before. read more

The bounce area was fun but everything else is a little run down and the staff here are not friendly at all especially the manager Perry who was especially rude when I tried to tell him that his staff was over there arguing with each other. Super unprofessional around children. I even emailed the owner Steve who has not bothered to email me back. I would suggest Frankies Fun Park over this place any day. read more

Totally found this place by accident since we don't live in Raleigh and had never heard of it. I have to say that the prices at first seemed a little steep at $30 for unlimited play (not including the jump), but when you compare it to places like Frankie's where you have to pay for each time you participate, than it does in fact end up being a pretty good deal. Parents can skirt a little around the expense if you think it through on what you want to do with your kid. We opted to purchase the unlimited for our daughter and since she isn't quite old enough yet, we were able to ride with her on the go-carts for free. We checked in through Yelp and both grabbed the Orbital Spin for free. We only purchased the Laser Tag for ourselves and took turns going in with her. I found that this really worked out for us as a family. Laser Tag was my favorite! The facility was indoors which was also a huge bonus since it was freezing outside. It was clean with hand-sanitizer stations positioned everywhere. The teens working there were really friendly and helpful and seemed like they enjoyed being there. We did not eat the food since it all looked fried, but it did look appealing if it's your cheat day! A big bonus is that there are TV screens everywhere, so you can keep up with the football game while you are trying to keep up with your kid! read more

Let me first say my daughter loves this place. She's had more than one $500 + birthday party here and visits it regularly. Today was her last visit. I took my daughter and 2 friends and purchased 3 unlimited 2 hour passes. We arrived at 7pm and before 8:30pm several attractions included in the pass were closed. I voiced my concern to a couple employees and they were beyond nice. They directed me to the owner on-site SHANNON FLEMING. Mrs Fleming approached me with an attitude. Instead of her being somewhat empathetic she counted the attractions the girls played and told me "Well you got your money's worth" . She never once apologized and told me how I "got a deal anyway". She lacks any custom service skills and is one of the rudest, abrasive, nonchalant business owners I've ever encountered. I was simply another dollar to her and since I'd already paid she didn't even try to remedy the situation. Funny how the food court (still accepting cash) was open but several of the "unlimited attractions " were closed well before closing time. Thank you Mrs. Fleming for showing me your true colors! I will NEVER spend another dollar here. read more

The park itself is OK--there are other options in the Raleigh area equally as good. The problem with this park is the pricing: it may be no more expensive than the other parks, but how the pricing is determined is confusing, and, in the end, frustrating. For example, we wanted to use the trampoline, and our "all inclusive pass" did not include this--and employees did not agree, with one telling us it's included, one telling us it is not. Give yourself a test: go in and look at the various price options, and see if they make sense (and realize that one employee may agree with you, and another not). read more

the workers here are insanely rude. including the manger. there are only two nice workers, Maui, and Ethan, that I came across. they do not explain any of the packages and look at you like you are crazy when you ask a question. read more

I didn't do my research before we came and was confused about the set-up. I got a Groupon for the Jump Zone, thinking it was for the whole place. Galaxy Fun Park was the absolute best place to have my son's birthday party. From the moment I walked in and spoke with Tyrone and then Ashley they did nothing but make my planning a breeze and then made the birthday party spectacular! They provided two of the best party hosts I could have ever asked for and were very accommodating and flexible. I am rating them with 5 stars because the experience here was nothing but the best! Oh, sure, it looks impressive. But, you know what? Big and shiny doesn't mean anything without proper customer service. I normally take my 4-year old to SkyZone. I'm used to their more relaxed policies, which are by no means less safe. They're just not as stringent as these people. BIGGEST COMPLAINT! The staff. Full of immature college/high schoolers. They're all flirting with each other, being immature, or playing grab-butt(I probably can't swear here), and at one point there are literally 7 staff members and not one was watching the bounce area or the large blob thing kids jump on. It was unbelievable. I had to basically referee it myself because my little girl needs to be told when other kids need a turn so I'm having to do all of this myself. Really poor staff. We get there at 4:00 and our bands say 4:15. First, I hate these bands. Difficult to remove and they won't cut them off for you. We go up and they make us watch the video. OK, fine, done at 4:08, and they WON'T LET US IN!!! I'm like, come on! There's only 5 kids on the huge bounce area! I go back to the front desk to just make sure that the gatekeeper isn't being power-crazy, but I have to wait in line just to talk to him(because I'm not a jerk who will interrupt other people being taken care of) and he says that's their policy, and blah blah blah. I get it, but A)it's a Thursday afternoon, B) It's not busy, and C) I've already told my poor kid twice that we're going to bounce, and now I've been made out to be a liar twice! Finally get in, and it's OK. Nothing special. I found that the trampolines were not very strong. At SkyZone, I bounce and I just feel air underneath the material. At Galaxy, was feeling springs or whatever. Unpleasant. She gets bored with it after a while. We try the blob thing, but it's a little too big for her. The dodge ball spot is tricky as these kids are throwing the balls very hard. Not Galaxy's fault, but not really safe for my kid. We go back to it a little later when there are less kids. Again, Skyzone has a larger dodge ball space and feels safer. Then, even though I wasn't planning on this, I decide to pay for the large climbing area where kids can go through tunnels and down slides and stuff. The machine has a card dispenser, but I can't figure out how to get a card dispenser. I have to yell(it was pretty loud in there) to a staff member 3 times before she acknowledges me. She says go to the front. Again, I have to take my 4 year old up front, wait in a line to be given a card, then I go over and find out I still can't load money on the machine, so I have to GO BACK TO THE FRONT, WAIT IN LINE, AND THEN PAY UP THERE! That's THREE TIMES NOW!!! My girl was so patient and I was very proud of her. The structure itself was fine. Same as at Frankie's but I like Frankie's more. Overall, it's clean, the rides and stuff look nice, but without a mature or at least responsible staff and better customer service, I'll simply never go back to this place. read more

My kids had been begging to come try Galaxy Fun park and I finally gave in while they were tracked out. We opted for the two hour pass which includes everything except the trampolines. They enjoyed the ropes course and laser tag, but were too short to ride the go carts. We were not told this prior to paying for our two hours. There's also a maze/jungle gym playground and a bumper car type ride. Neither of those did much for my 10 and 7 year old. They have free wifi for waiting parents. But, it was in and out the entire time making it hard to get any real work done. It is really clean and I saw staff members constantly wiping, sweeping, and inspecting. We came in the middle of a weekday so it was empty, but I can imagine that it's really busy on weekends or traditional school holidays. We won't come back again without a significant coupon... it's way too much money for the activities you get, but it's a fun concept. read more

Great place for kids to burn off energy! We tried this place out of Sunday. Our kids got the 3 hours for $30, which is well worth the money! My only complaint is that when my 11-year old daughter was on the go carts there were a few older girls, late teens or early 20s that purposefully bumped her into the wall multiple times, as well as others and laughed about it! She has an abrasion on her next from the seat belt, an abrasion on her knee from inside the car and her back was hurting afterwards! I know it's not your fault, but it says right on the cars "no bumping" so I feel like something should have been said to these girls by the staff about it but nothing was! I wanted to say something myself but my husband wouldn't let me because I was above angered by it! We will be coming back because it is a great place but if something like this happens again and your staff doesn't handle it, be prepared for a scene read more

We decided to try this place on a Saturday as we had never been and heard it was new. Our two kids had fun, but not sure we would come back. It cost us 75 bucks for the 2 of them to play 'unlimited attractions' for 3 hours plus 30 mins of jump time. You have to use their jump socks. The jump zone area is a separate fee from the rest of the place. It took us the entire 3 hours just to ride everything once. The lines were very long and the staff did not make attempts to keep things moving very efficiently. Some of the staff were quite unprofessional in their behavior as well. We told the lady at the front desk that we were new and needed recommendations on what to try. She said 'Whatever' and made no attempt to be friendly. Not terribly impressed. read more

The service there was absolutely terrible. The owners treated me like a child. Food was cold tasted like cardboard. The employees didnt pay attention to my children. One employee named eric actually yelled at my son and he was consistently on his phone! The people in the cafe were very rude as well. I will never spend a dime at that run down version of frankies. My daughter loves this place. She took a few close friends there for her birthday and they had a blast. It is a little pricey, so we only go once in a while not often. It was about $30 per child for about 3 hrs of fun on a Friday evening and that was enough time to do everything they wanted to do including trampoline time which is priced and timed separately from the other attractions. So after signing in at the front desk and making sure everyone had a waiver signed (which can be signed online ahead of time) they did their trampoline time which was about $10 , actually a little less with the coupon I had from groupon, then they headed to the attractions and we got the 2 hours of attractions weekday deal for $20. Each child has a card to swipe at each attraction and the timing of the 2 hrs starts at your first attraction. It wasn't overly crowded when we went on a Friday night. The staff was friendly and helpful and environment felt safe and comfortable. read more
