First off this place ROCKs! I brought 4 girls for unlimited jump 1 hour and unlimited everything else for 2 hours (after) and it came out to a little more than 200$, not bad. We didn't ear or drink anything so i cant say how the food was but it smelt good. The vibe of the place is very kid/teen oriented. We came from out of town but wish we lived closer. Must visit if you're looking for fun!

Great place for children and teens alike. Birthday parties are welcomed and encouraged here.

Galaxy is a great place to have some fun with the family. They have affordable prices for trampoline bounce, indoor mini golf, Go Karts and arcade games, laser tag. They also have a ceiling lined obstacle course called " space walk ropes ". We enjoyed the last hour here tonight and were able to do the trampoline park, Go Karts, arcade and orbital spin bumper cars. This is an adorable place to celebrate a birthday or spend a evening with the kids. I would not suggest this place for anyone over the age of 14. Besides mini gulf, go karts and laser tag, it would be limiting. I also wish the Go Kart & Orbital bumper cars had more square feet to drive around and enjoy. Galaxy is spacious just not for those two attractions. The staff here is excellent. They care about the children and are professional. Kudos to the manager and whoever does the hiring and staff training. Very impressed.

Really fun place for kids! I like that everything is indoors, it's a great place to go when it's either too hot or cold to be outside or if it's raining.

This review is strictly for mini golf, the only attraction we utilized at Galaxy Fun Park. It was a rainy Saturday so we wanted an indoor activity. After signing the waiver and paying at the front counter (not a wait for either) we went over to the mini golf area. Once we got there we were asked to wait for 10 minutes to give the groups ahead of us enough time. We got our clubs and balls and started playing. Overall I really enjoyed the course and felt it was challenging enough without being impossible to get a hole-in-one. The three of us got through in just under an hour, without any other patrons catching up/waiting on us. I'd definitely recommend the mini golf course for a fun activity.

This was so much fun. I attended for my grandsons birthday celebration and the kids had an amazing time and I enjoyed watching. This place is huge and there's something for everyone. Golf, go-cart driving, games, & laser tag. Definitely a must try spot for kids and also for the kid in us adults

Lots of fun things for kids to do. It can be a bit overwhelming for a less assertive kid, and thus you have helicopter parents making asses out of themselves. A bit pricey and some of the staff are pretty clueless on how to deal with kids. But for the most part it is a great place to let kids be kids and get crazy and have fun.

Great place for kids under 12. 30 bucks for 3 hours is worth it. If you have a kid that is on the shorter side don't buy pAss for parents.

Frankie's Review - 3/5…read more While in town, we decided to visit Frankie's after it was recommended to me by my boss, and this time I had my husband and 12-year-old son with me. Overall, it was a nice way to spend time together as a family and gave us something fun to do during our visit. Frankie's offers a good variety of attractions, and my son especially enjoyed the rides, including the claw, roller coaster, and zero gravity experience. We also played putt-putt golf, which was enjoyable, though I personally found the course a bit less challenging than similar places I've visited before. The road course was also on the shorter side, but still fun for what it offered. One thing I would note is that the pricing felt a bit high, particularly for the arcade games and rides, especially considering some of the experiences are fairly brief. We also found the pizza to be a little overpriced, so we chose other food options as well as their burger and Philly cheesesteak. Unfortunately, one part of the experience that stood out in a less positive way was the customer service around some of the attractions. Several of the attendants seemed very nonchalant and disengaged, almost as if they were not very happy to be there. That kind of energy can affect the overall atmosphere and, for me, made it less likely that I would return or recommend it. We also had to wait for attendants to assist with some of the more interactive 3D-style games, which interrupted the flow of the experience. That being said, one of my personal favorites ended up being the carnival 3D shooting game, even though we did have to wait for an attendant before we could play. Once we got on, it was definitely one of the more enjoyable parts of the visit for me. On the positive side, it was not crowded during our visit, which made the experience much more relaxed and enjoyable. I especially enjoyed spending time in the arcade with my family, and that ended up being one of the highlights of our visit. I also want to mention our experience in the bar area with Olivia Jackson, who provided such warm and pleasant service. She was courteous, attentive, and truly showed genuine Southern hospitality. Her kindness and professionalism made us want to stay longer, and we ended up enjoying our food and family time even more because of her. She was definitely one of the bright spots of our visit. Overall, while I have visited similar entertainment venues that I personally enjoyed more, Frankie's still provided a decent family outing and a different experience while we were in town. I would rate it 3 out of 5 stars.

My daughter occasionally convinces me to go here and I'm reminded every time that I hate it. I will say, however, that my interactions with the staff are pleasant. They're friendly and helpful. They are only reason this isn't a 1 star review. Stars and Strikes is a much better deal for similar fun imo.

He filled our air, fixed our masks, and marched us off to chow! He taught us the ways of paintball and we taught him a little about life. I am going out of my chaotically busy day to leave this review, because I mean every word and I am not a "cheerleading" parent. I generally don't care for places like this because I have to sit in a hard chair and wait until he's finished playing. I want to play WITH him! This place, UA, has so much going on! My child and this mama (me) had an amazingly fantastic time! It was fun wading through the clear bubble pit. It seriously is a good workout, plus, walking the plank is a bonus. The trampolines are just as fun as all the other trampolines BUT it wasn't nearly as crowded; no accidents means even more fun (for me)! Then, I saw the go carts and realized that MAMAS COULD DRIVE- not just kids and people running the exhibit!!!! Since my little monkey isn't big enough to reach the pedals, I got to be the driver. It was so much fun that we went probably 5 times before UA closed. My kid thought it was the greatest thing ever when another mama entered the track and we locked eyes as way of greeting, we both knew what needed to be done: a race so epic that the camera couldn't keep up to take a picture. The photo of us smiling is after the go carts. Genuinely smiles = really excellent memories. It is NOT cheap. It is substantially more than places like Safari Nation, literally any of the museums (the one in Raleigh is probably the closest in price) and of the other places for kids that I am blanking on. To be a parent/member and get to also use the go-karts, each kid is roughly $110 for 6 months of prepaid unlimited play. It's $60 for an annual membership for parents and allows them to use any of the exhibits that they wish, including go karts! So for $170-180 you are able to go as many times as you want for 6 months. If you pay full price for 6 months and add it all up, you come up with There isn't much of a discount for paying in full for 12 months.
