We have never had a bad experience here. Recently, I had an incident where some blue adhesive melted into the fabric of my cream colored sofa cushion. I thought it was ruined but since we had nothing to lose, we took it in to see if they would try to salvage it. They made no promises but it turned out beautifully. I am so grateful to them for saving my sofa. read more

I sent in 19 shirts/ pants to be cleaned and pressed. I got back 3 that were useable. All the others we needed to re press and re-do ourselves.I have had this issue before and complained to them without a single response or answer from them. The situation has not gotten better or been fixed by anyone within this company. I went to the store and asked for a manager but was told they do not have one..... ok! The best thing about the service is the pickup and drop off, but if we have to redo all pressing its way way overpriced and a very inadequate service. They are unreliable and unprofessional. I had one good service. My clothes are still missing. Mandy. I have used your services multiple times, and I have yet to get a service that gets completed correctly; I believe Mandie was the one who dropped off my clothes at my house the first time she said that I would get a dry cleaning bag on Tuesday. That never happened. The second time I used the app as requested and arranged for a pickup, I didn't have a bag, so I had to stand out front. I sat outside in front of my house for two minutes, not even that long, and their driver was sitting there, looking at his phone the entire time, and then drove off. The third time now, I have paid you $115 to get my clothes clean. The guy was supposed to drop them off. I added myself to the app that they required that we use, and he drives up, sits there for two minutes looking at his phone AGAIN, and then drives off again. I have yet to get my clothes! I want my clothes back. I want my money back for the service, and I will never use these guys again. It is incredibly unprofessional and in opposition to having a business built on trust that the only way to contact you is via email. No integrity whatsoever. I want this service refunded, and I will part ways as a client. -- I will be submitting my complaint to BBB and Attorney General The guy just came and delivered only half of my clothes. I was told I was still have to paint even though the stains were not removed. Shirts were not pressed and loose string. We're not takin off. Don't waste your time or hard money with this place! They apparently cannot reach the owner except through email they have promised a reimbursement for my pants but yet no check no followed up nothing. Stay far away this place cares nothing about customer service and will give the run around to answer any questions or address any concerns you have. I used this cleaners three times. One time I dropped off eleven items and only received ten back. No problem my shirt was supposedly at their other store. After checking in several times m shirt was always at the other store and someone would get back to me. They never got back to me. I visited the store several times, called, sent an email through their website, and even emailed the owner at an email address the unsupervised store staff gave me. No one ever responds. I was told I had to wait thirty days. I did and now they deleted my customer history. I just want my shirt or fare compensation for it. Instead they simply deleted it. This is theft plane and simple. Dropped off my custom-made bed duvet for dry cleaning. Evidently, they sent it out to another business. Appears they washed it, and the red colors ran throughout the duvet. Went back to complain, and they wanted to keep it for repair. They sent it back to the other company again, and again, they washed it, which made it even worse. Manager would not talk to me, said I had to contact the manager myself. Well I've filed a complaint with the BBB and if not resolved will file a claim with the courts. Asking for replacement which is at minimum $1200. read more

This is a $200. Shirt that I took in for dry cleaning for my nephews wedding. It was done when they said it was going to be and I was happy about that. Unfortunately when I picked it up they added a pink stain all over the collar/spots of pink in the back and in the front. I asked what they could do and the people there were oblivious to give an answer; they offered to re-do the shirt but I have a plane to catch at 6am. I asked for the owner or manager and was told neither were available. I asked for a phone # to call the owner and was refused. When I left the cleaners, I made sure that they had my phone # and told them to have the owner call me and explain what he/they were going to do to make this right, they were given until 5pm and they did not call me. This shirt is ruined, stained and of no use to me anymore. I am waiting to see what they will do to make this right.... I dropped off a Santa and Mrs Claus costume on Thursday, they told me they would be ready on Tuesday. On Monday, I receive a phone call from an employee that said "we didn't tell you how much your dry cleaning will be". I said "ok, so how much will it be?" They said it would be $128 for 4 pieces of a Santa suit. To say I was a little shocked is an understatement. I called 3 other local dry cleaners, 2 in Surprise and I in Peoria. They quoted me $6.89 to $8.00 a piece. I called Galaxy back and asked if they knew why they were going to be over a hundred dollars more for the same 4 pieces. The girl went to talk to her manager and came back and said that it was in the system for that price. I asked if their dry cleaning process was different than others, thinking maybe that was the huge price difference. Nope! Same process, I decided to pick up my items and take them to one of the other dry cleaners, Another young woman was also there and brought me my items. I asked her the same question. "Do you know why these are so much more than other local competition?" I quoted the $7 I was going to get from another local dry cleaner and this employee decided to call me a liar when I told her the price she said "I highly doubt that" as I exited the store. Im not much for being called a liar so after getting my receipt from Green Cleaners I decided to go back and show proof to them that there are reasonably priced dry cleaners that will not price gouge their customers. I know this young woman isn't responsible for the prices where she works, but as I told her, she is responsible for how she treats customers. When I opened up my computer to write this review I wish I had checked Yelp first as this store has an accumulative of 2 stars. Sad....very sad! read more

Service was really fast - both suits done almost instantly. NO wonder, I don't think they actually cleaned my clothes. 1st dropped off a suit that I had to borrow from someone else - was returned really fast. But it smelled of their cologne when I dropped it off - you would think cleaning would at least make it smell less - not so. Smelled like when I left it. 2nd was my tux that was also returned incredibly fast. Except it didn't look like anything was done to it. In December 2022 I brought in an expensive linen tablecloth to be cleaned and pressed. When returning to pick it up they could not find it . We emailed the owner several times and have not received the tablecloth nor have we been offered any compensation for it. It is now April 25, 2023 and the issue has not been resolved. After being a customer for four years to this company I've never been treated so poorly by a business in my life. I dropped off a few suits to get cleaned and pick them up on 8th of May. Went to wear one of my suits that night and found it extremely stained as if it had a chemical poured on the bottom of it. I returned the suit the following day and I was told by the staff there that they would redo it and hopefully get the stain out. Two days later I returned to pick up the suit to find the stain is still there. I spoke to the manager, I believe her name is Marissa, and she explained me that this is no way their fault because they don't have any chemicals in their shop but she would for sure have the owner reach out to me today. Two days later I returned having not spoken to the owner yet and she again voiced that she would have the manager contact me. On 15 May I returned again and the manager told me I need to learn to be patient that if I didn't learn patience this issue would not be resolved and the owner would reach out to me when they had time. Finally on the 18th I returned again and the manager stated that it was not their fault my jacket was destroyed and that the owner would not be taking care of it. I asked for the owners phone number and the manager stated that she speaks for the owner and the owner had nothing to say to me and I needed to take my jacket and leave. I asked her if this is how she speaks to customers that been there for over four years and she again said I speak for the owner and we don't care what you have to say take your jacket and leave. Please look at the attached photos and you tell me that this isn't their fault and all I wanted was the owner to get together with me and figure out how they can reimburse me for this jacket because this suit is now trash. Please everyone in the area share this so nobody else has something destroyed and is treated like I was by this horrible manager that has no business being in charge of a lemonade stand let alone a business. read more

DO NOT GIVE THIS BUSINESS YOUR MONEY OR TRUST THEM WITH YOUR CLOTHING. I wanted to try a dry cleaners with locations in the W. Valley. On November 1, 2023 I dropped a few shirts and a few pants to give them a try. When I went to pick up the items two days later I noticed a stain on the sleeve of my light grey dress shirt sticking out from between two other shirts. When I pulled the shirt out of the plastic it was covered in iron burn and rust marks all over the front, back and sleeves of the shirt. You could not intentionally damage a shirt more and then try to hide the evidence. This was at the Goodyear satellite location as their main store is in Surprise. So two weeks go by and I have contacted the Goodyear store and was referred to the "manager" at the Surprise location. After me following up 3 times I finally went to the Surprise store in person on 11/17. I was handed back my obviously still stained shirt with a shoulder shrug. I asked for the manager and was told I would have to speak with the owner who is only reachable by email at glaxycleanersaz@gmail.com. Did not offer a refund but said I would have to speak with the owner. Another employee at that Surprise location caught me on the way out and told me not to waste my time emailing. They flat out told me they have an absentee owner who does not care and I should just move to filing a small claim. Reading the Yelp, Google and other reviews left by others you can clearly see a pattern of neglecting customers. I look forward to seeing this gem of a business owner in small claims court. read more

Awful customer service and response. I had a button ripped and lost off my coat and was given the run around for over A WEEK to wait for a manager/owner to get back to me. I even went back to the store several times in hopes of seeing them there what I was told they'd be in at this location. Nada!!! I've since opened a complaint with the BBB (by the way this business is NOT accredited with them; wish I would have known that earlier). They have over a dozen open complaints under their name some from last year!!! Not an offer to look for the button, reimburse me for the damage...Heck I can't even get anyone to talk to me except for the counter person (who was nice but has no authority in anyway to resolve this issue). Such a sad excuse for a business. They have teenagers at the register who have no clue what they are doing there and why. I had a business suit cleaned and they didn't even bother to close the buttons on the blazer when they cleaned it. The blazer came back mis shaped and wrinkled on the back. They took it back and 5 days later, I get something back that is a little bit better but still mis shaped because ones again no one bothered to close the buttons. They pants had double creases and some items looked like they were just hung up back on the hanger and never steamed at all. Do yourself a favor and dont waste time on this place. I did ask for the blazer to be closed when cleaned the second time around and it wasn't done. Also, I have teenagers and run a business myself and as a business owner you must know when its appropriate to entrust young employees and when it's not. Also, some supervision is a must! read more

took my area rug 4x6 Jan 28,2022. told it would take 2.5 to 3 weeks. They will send email when ready. Received email for pickup around Feb 10,2022. I go in and they give me this rug. I said this isn't my rug. They look for it and said it must still being cleaned at plant. They'll call me or email. It is Feb25th and they still can't find my rug BUT THEY CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD $55.00 FOR CLEANING. Mandie the mgr will not return my calls and the employees at the Surprise, AZ location said they can't do anything that I have to talk to talk to Mandie. This cleaners ruined my knit Top Shop special sweater by dry cleaning it (when it should not have been since it's acrylic and said on the label not to dry clean!!). They also put a hole in the front of the sweater. The scarf was ironed and I specifically asked them not to iron when I dropped it off. I asked to speak to the Owner and they would not put them on the phone. They would only reimburse me $10 out of the $14.05 total. This will probably be the last time I use this cleaners. I dropped off my clothes and went over the garments with the young man at the register. I explained to him that I had damage to a blouse the previous time. He just dismissed me and brushed me away. Did not want to give me a customer claim check. Till I asked a second time. His first response was that customers just pay when they pick up. Note that in order to dispute an incident you are required to bring in your claim check receipt. Per what's written in the back of receipt. Picked up my dry cleaning. I checked my items before I left. One of the dress shirts and a sweater was wrinkled and when I addressed it to the young man his response was that how the garments are. The clothes looked like it just came out of my suitcase. This used to be 5 stars as the service has always been friendly and they do a good job. Over the last year the times consistently change and I have no idea what days they are open or what times as nothing get updated online. You have to drive to the store and look at the paper to even know what the weekly schedule is. It is still very friendly and great service when they are open so no complaints there. read more

Don't come to this cleaner if you need a certain time they open. I've been there 3 times today and finally they said they were opening at 10:00 am. Strange time for a dry cleaner to be open.
