They charge me over $1300 to make the repair and they never put the new parts In my car and never did the work, all they did was clear my sensors. First-Time Visit: Jiffy Lube Way Exceeds Expectations!…read more I recently had my first visit to Jiffy Lube, 452 Medford Ave Patchogue 11722.. and it was an outstanding experience! From the moment I pulled in, I was greeted with smiles and a warm welcome. Danyel, Khalil, Janel and Jarule made sure I was comfortable and informed every step of the way. These boys rocked it! The efficiency of the service was remarkable, like a pit stop at the Grand Prix! I couldn't believe how quickly they completed the work on my car without compromising on quality. The technicians were professional and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain everything they were doing. They answered all my questions patiently and clearly, which I greatly appreciated as a first-time customer. What truly stood out was the overall fabulous experience. Jiffy Lube made car maintenance feel easy and stress-free. Their friendly demeanor, fast service, and attention to detail left a lasting impression. I was also pleasantly surprised with the price! I will definitely be returning for all my future car care needs and highly recommend Jiffy Lube to anyone looking for a reliable and pleasant automotive service experience. Jiffy Lube - clone these boys. You should be proud to have these boys on the front line of your business. This is how 5 star service is done!!

Wow! This auto body shop was a lifesaver to my fiancé…read more The day before (Saturday) the snowstorm my fiancés car started to smoke/steam from the hood. Being a Saturday, not many shops were open. I used Yelp, and found this place. Not only were the reviews great, but they were open! My fiancé called, explained his current issue and the lovely gentleman on the phone took his name and told him to bring it in! He brought his car in and they told him they probably won't be able to get to it today due to closing in a few hours, but would try and then with the incoming storm it would probably be Tuesday. Not a problem at all! After I picked him up after he dropped his car off he said the gentleman behind the counter was very nice! Fast forward to Tuesday morning (due to the storm, didn't open Monday) they told him they couldn't find anything wrong or a reason for the smoke/steam. They stated they looked it over, drove it, had it run and still couldn't find anything. They also repaired another issue that a previous mechanic quoted him over $2k to fix for about $500. My fiancé was and is very happy with the service he received on his car. He stated he will now bring both of our cars here for all of our car needs!

I've had many family and friends switch over to Arthur's from their other shops because of the pleasant experience I've had here. This shop is a must try for auto repair.

I had a really good experience here…read more I came in basically at opening due to a slow leak in one of my tires. I didn't have to wait long at all; about an hour. My slow leak was patched, and that was it. I wasn't charged for anything I didn't need, and I was not taken advantage of. I was told that I would need new tires soon, but they weren't needed "now." I would definitely return for my car needs.
