I was assured the work would be completed and I could pick my truck up at the end of the day so I decided to visit the Original Pancake House and explore White Flint and Rockville for the day-- To my surprise, just a few hours later, I got a phone call from Iron Mike's and was advised my truck was ready, everything went smoothly and I could pick up my truck any time. Admittedly I let my dad handle it but John kept finding things that needed attention. He wanted to bring it here as apparently John knows BMW's well. After the most recent work, my car was making a weird smell so I called and left a message asking when I could bring it in. Then I called again. And again. I called for about a week with no return call. My car blew up on 270 and was totaled. Literally a fire started underneath the car and I had to jump out. I was lucky, my car was not.
