A week later, the check engine light came back on. I took the vehicle back and left it for a day. I was again assured that the issue was resolved and was "only" charged for a part that was replaced, but not labor. Great! Today, the check engine light is back on. Unfortunately , I will not be contacting this shop to "fix" it for a THIRD time. The staff is fairly friendly so they'd likely be willing to look at it again; however, I cannot trust that they will finally fix the issue nor can I continue to spend my time and $ there. I have gotten the vehicle scanned elsewhere and it is giving the SAME CODE as the original and that the shop claimed they fixed TWICE. I was also told by another mechanic that this should have been a fairly easy and minor fix had it been diagnosed properly the first time around. Very unfortunate that I can no longer recommend this shop due to lack of reliability and/or expertise.

This is not the first issue at this location -- we've previously had wrong tires installed, defective tires installed, valve stems not replaced, and brand-new tires leaking air. Store manager David showed no accountability and dismissed the issue. Poor communication, repeated mistakes, and lack of responsibility. Not recommended.
