Harris rep was not very helpful, they had a floor inspector ( their inspector) look at it and they deemed that it was our fault, dropping items, (only me and my wife live in the house) and don't drop items all over the floor. Reviews of this product also indicates it's flaw, there is even a video on how to hide the defects. Harris Floors offered to change out some tiles with some spares that we kept, not happening! You might want to pick another company.
