We talked shortly after completion for him to come back and fix things well it's been almost 2 months and have not heard anything. There is a "lifetime" warranty but my trust is honestly gone. There has been no response and no care! Filed a complaint with the BBB and they ignored it.

They measured my kitchen cabinets in October, and then started the project on December 6th. The painting of my existing cabinets took a week and went fine. They started hanging the new doors the following week. Unfortunately, the door fronts were all too small, leaving gaps between the doors and the side panels were all too small as well. The project manager who was assigned to our job, Chris, assured us on three occasions that he would make it right. He planned to change the hinges to see if that would help "close the gaps" and he would reorder doors if we were still unhappy with the outcome. They also didn't order all of my doors or any of the glass that was on my original estimate, so I was left with a few open cabinets through the holidays. The last we heard from Chris was prior to the holidays. My husband and I both left messages for the owner, Jerry Marshall, and he never returned either of our calls or text messages. He screens his calls with some robo-call software. I guess that should have been my first red flag!!! My husband spoke to the previous owner of this company a couple of weeks ago who said he would make sure this was handled. He as actually the one who came to my house first and did the estimate, followed my Jerry a week later. It's been a parade of people and I am just blown away by the unprofessionalism and disrespect. Do yourself a favor and FIND ANOTHER CONTRACTOR if you're thinking about using these guys. I am moving on with a new contractor who is also blown away at the poor craftsmanship I was left with :(

There is no reason to go anywhere else. We have a large spiraling grand staircase in our entranceway. 133 balusters. The balusters we had before were 15 years old, white, and scuffed and worn (the previous owners had two young children). We wanted something durable, easy to maintain, and elegant. They are exactly that! The transformation is remarkable. We had the wood floors redone and stained a dark cherry when we first moved in 12 months ago, so with this and the iron balusters, it looks like an entirely different entranceway! We found Stairworx online doing a Google search, and are very lucky we did! David was great to deal with. Prompt, professional, and descriptive. It's rare to find someone who is so on top of things, who simply gets the job done, and so efficiently it seems with ease. I've dealt with a lot of contractors, businesses, sub contractors, etc., and I genuinely wish everyone was like David. It would make my life much more enjoyable! (By the way, Home Depot is a nightmare to deal with on contracting jobs.) David was able to understand what I wanted right away, even though I had no expertise on the subject and had never done this before. And then he carried through exactly the way he said he would, and in our tight time frame too! The two men who came to install the balusters were polite, professional, knowledgable, and clean. They wore covers on their shoes, and put tarps down over the floor, and before they left they swept up (even though it was basically spotless already). They communicated clearly, and made sure they were installing exactly what I wanted before they began. It took an afternoon to install, and the result was absolutely stunning! I am so happy with our stairs, and I hope you read this and soon feel the same way with yours!
