Having a metal roof, cleaning it shows a much prettier look after a good pressure wash. Castro's had the gear to safely wash the high pitched roof and the three guys on the job did a very professional cleaning and clean up. All the leaves, pine needles were blown into the yard (the yard is all bushes/woods) and the price was more than fair. I serve them daily in the work I do, so it's nice to be able to do something to support one of their businesses. The owner Travis came out to my home to provide me with a free estimate. After I agreed on the price. I asked if he could have someone start soon. He did his best to fit me in the companies schedule sooner than later. During the day of the painting, Travis was not able to show up but he let me in good hands with his fore(woman) which is a person who is in charge of the project and the other two people that assisted her. I never had a women painter. I know women can do anything men can. She (They) did a great job. I'm very happy with the work they did and will recommend them to everyone. They painted 4 rooms total. The finished product we have is not good at all. I am having to go back over and fix a lot of…read moredefects already showing themselves from completion just a few months ago. We feel like corners were cut just to speed up the project. We also had one safety related issue not fixed properly that was very dangerous to my kids. I reached out about it with no response. Seams cracking, paint super thin, grout cracking, mismatched colors, tile floor not level so now crackles when you walk on it, cracked tiles. We talked shortly after completion for him to come back and fix things well it's been almost 2 months and have not heard anything. There is a "lifetime" warranty but my trust is honestly gone. There has been no response and no care! Filed a complaint with the BBB and they ignored it.
