We have had a problem with our bathroom tile (not installed by Giovann's) always appearing "dirty". No matter what we used, we could never seem to get the tile fully clean. The two staff members listened carefully and recommended using a product the store carried to clean the tile. They said to try it out and if it worked, they then would charge us for the cleaner. Wow! We picked out what we wanted, quartz and a couple of days later once our vanity was installed, Legacy came over and took exact measurements and about 10 days later they installed the countertop.
