We pulled the carpet off of the staircases and found old bleached and worn out solid wood underneath. This company came and did such a professional and beautiful job on the staircases on the main floor that we had them refurbish the staircase on the lower level of our home. They taped up all of the openings to other rooms to confine the dust, swept and cleaned up after their work and best of all they specialize in matching stains... Custom match. They are contracted by builders and developers to custom stain wood work in home renovations and building projects. We wanted a Royal Oak colored stain on our stairs to match the wood flooring across the foyer in our formal dining area. Three sample colors were provided to us. We selected the color we liked the best and all is history! They even left some of the custom stain for us for future touchups, if needed. After the job was finished they educated us on the care of our new flooring. Anything you want to know about wood or laminate flooring I would highly recommend this company. Their prices are fair. They are honest humble folks and they really aim to please the customer. We have another big job coming up. We will be replacing 800 ft.² of wood flooring. It will be the last of 4200 sq ft of flooring to be completed. We've already contacted Jeanette to schedule that job. For all of our flooring needs this is the company we will go to! There was a mix-up the first time and they did the basic pet treatment. But they came back, did the advanced (deeper) enzyme treatment I had originally booked, and refunded me for the hassle, which I really appreciated. Both times the techs were pleasant and efficient. I also appreciated that, prior to treatment, they used a black light to thoroughly assess the problem. One thing to know is that the smell can actually get worse for a few days after deep enzyme cleaning (which really surprised me!). Keeping the windows closed at first, then airing out, running two air purifiers on turbo, and vacuuming thoroughly really helped. Vacuuming is so important because it lifts leftover VOC particles that cause "ghost smell" even after enzyme treatment. I also used an odor powder (Rocco & Roxie) over the carpet, left it for 24 hours, then vacuumed again. Blocking off the area with aluminum foil and barriers helped stop my cat from re-marking the same spots too. In the end, Citrus Fresh helped me save my carpet. I'd recommend them -- just know to stick with it, ask for the advanced treatment and be patient if you have a tough pet mess like mine!

I really wanted to write a good review for Certa Pro painters…read more I waited several months since our painting was done to be sure we were not over reacting. We have used Certa Pro painters in three other states that we've lived in and have always been very pleased with the work, but unfortunately this time it has left us disappointed. We had interior painting done last fall. There were countless drips & paint mishaps left on the floors in every room, door trims, kitchen cabinets, etc. I had to touch up the white trim & cabinets before Christmas since we had guests coming to visit. I found dozens more splatters on the floors recently as I washed the floors on my hands & knees after other upgrade projects were completed. Pics of just a handful are attached. I scraped up a lot before I started taking pictures. It doesn't seem they used drop cloths at all. The bathroom floor had a partial paint footprint behind the door. The biggest disappointment is the way the wall paint now appears around the door frames & shower stall. You can see where the wide brush marks and rolling were not blended. The wall trim paint looks like a brushed stripe in comparison to the rolled paint.....around all the doors. Simply put, it looks awful. We've never seen this before with Sherwin Williams paint which we've been using for over 30 years. Poor quality work, poor clean up, sloppy edges. I gave them 2 stars only because the coffered ceiling paint came out nice even though there were numerous drips on the floor in that area.
