After 3 weeks fighting with this company they only want to offer me 325.00 credit. I'd already paid 1/2 the amount of 1800+ dollars. We had to wait 3 weeks to place our home on the market due to their incompetence and possibly miss several offers or even a sale. I wouldn't do business with this company ever. Their product is low grade. Their 325.00 credit is an insult.

Also, appreciated that both the designer who helped me with the product decisions and Phillip were responsive to me, always returning my calls quickly if they weren't available when I called. I did all the due diligence from price comparison and shopping the big box stores, requesting samples etc. When I just couldn't get excited about anything out there, I visited Alpha Rug. They are a local business, which I like a lot. I was not pressured to buy, they directed me to the areas which displayed SO MANY large format samples. With the help of Lauren, I narrowed down my options, took home the samples to see them in my home and lighting. She scheduled Gary to come measure the following week.
