BEWARE!!! I regret hiring Alex from Trimelogic for a home remodeling project. Unlike what was…read morepromised, he performed no meaningful construction work. The only actions taken were the complete demolition of my master bathroom and destruction that placed my home at risk: he cut through a structural support beam and damaged the building envelope to the point where daylight was visible through the exterior walls. These actions not only failed to improve my property but introduced serious safety hazards. Despite these facts, Alex continued to demand more money while failing to complete even the most basic tasks. Communication was sporadic and unprofessional, with repeated promises followed by no actual progress. When confronted, rather than take accountability, he denied responsibility--just as he has done with other documented complaints online. He will take your deposit and extort more funds for the job to be completed. This situation left my property compromised, unsafe, and requiring immediate corrective work. I strongly caution anyone considering Trimelogic to avoid this contractor entirely. Engaging Alex with your home exposes you to severe financial loss and safety risks. A photograph will be included so others know precisely who not to hire.

They consistently took shortcuts with their work, some of which were unsafe, failing to meet the standards they initially agreed to. On multiple occasions, he assured me something was done correctly, only for me to later discover that it was done improperly or not at all. Communication was extremely poor -- I could rarely get a hold of him, and when I did, he would tell me what I wanted to hear but never actually follow through. The majority of the tasks that were promised to be completed were left incomplete or not even started, yet they still requested more money. On top of that, they often left things a mess, showing a complete lack of professionalism and respect. Additionally the owner of the business reached out to me directly and I shared my poor experiences with Trimelogic and wanting to be returned the money associated with the work that was never started and they never got back to me. I would not recommend Trimelogic to anyone looking for reliable communication, timely work, honesty, and quality workmanship. Save yourself the stress, time, and money -- hire someone who values honesty, communication, and proper execution.

If only there was a negative star system. Contracted to finish a small stone wall. We provided…read morematerials. The wall is falling over within 6 weeks. He says it is because we didn't have the right stones, we have water drainage issues, we didn't tell them we wanted it to stand and not fall...okay?!? The section that previous contractor constructed with the same materials is appealing visually and somehow even with the same drainage stands sturdy. He said the previous contractor got "all the good rocks". Actually, the contractor chiseled the stones to fit. I know because we purchased two stone tools for him and he wore one down. I tried to tell Lanfried that we have a 5 gallon bucket of chiseled pieces thus proving that the contractor didn't just "use all the good stones", but three times he interrupted me and mocked me so I couldn't finish my sentence. Apparently, the only thing that he uses a chisel for is the chip on his shoulder. The yard was left in a mess which I cleaned up. He agreed with me that even a 5 year old can just stack rocks on top of each other with no integrity. But we thought we hired a professional mason. He said it is our fault because we didn't opt for the over $3000 cap stone he offered. But, once again, the previous wall has no cap stone and remains solid. With our money in his pocket, and our wall in a crumble, he huffed off to his truck and sped off. Good riddance!!

Do not recommend. They took my deposit , then sent one guy to start demo and installation of new…read morefence after several calls to get them there. The posts were set incorrectly, the fence was moved despite our instructions, debris was left on the neighbors yard and the gate post was cracked and split. Theu also set the fence directly over storm drains that keep our yard from flooding and didnt see a problem with it. 5 days of no work, they were fired. Hire at your peril!

Robbie promptly returned my call and came by the next morning right on time. He quickly found the leak issue around the dryer vent flashing and repaired it. While on my roof he noticed the rubber boot flashing around my hot water heater vent was pulling up, he corrected that as well. He's honest, professional and clearly knows his business. Highly recommend him! Thank you Robby!!!! Scott, Shasta lake CA

2022 update: In the course of addressing a rodent issue in our attic, we discovered that Sunrise…read moreRoofing did not install drip edge on major portions of our roof. Our 2015 contract with them included 560 feet of drip edge. All roofs installed after 1/1/2014 are required by Georgia law to have drip edge. For those who do not know (and we didn't, until now), a drip edge is a L-shaped piece of metal that is installed at the edge of a roof, between the shingles and the roof decking. The main purpose of a drip edge is to prevent water from running back towards the house and causing rot. A metal drip edge can also prevent critters from getting under your shingles and into your attic. Without a drip edge, there will be an open gap under the shingles that rodents can get into (which is what happened to us). Sunrise did respond to this issue by sending a man out to inspect and acknowledged the defective work. Ultimately, after about a month of back and forth, they issued us a $463 refund, which unfortunately fell far short of the actual cost to remediate. Other roofing contractors gave quotes around $2500 to install the missing drip edge. While we appreciate that Sunrise did respond, we are disappointed that the work was not done properly to begin with and we are going to be out of pocket about $2000 to have the drip edge fixed to get our home up to code. On top of that we have to pay even more to deal with the wildlife intrusion. If you are shopping for a roofer, please learn from our lesson. No matter which company you use, make sure that they install a drip edge on your roof. This is required by law. Even if it is listed as a line item on your contract, don't assume it is done properly. You can always get an independent roof inspection to double check. Especially if you are a homeowner like us with no construction experience, having trained eyes on the work can locate problems before they become large financial losses. As they say, "An ounce of prevention is worth more than a pound of cure." We hope this information will help someone out there.
