I was told the hours and yes on samples and if they didn't have customer samples, I could borrow the store sample as long as I returned them. I asked the lady what exit I needed off I85 (to go to the Norcross store and she told me. My wife and I proceeded to drive 25+/- miles (about an hour drive) to the store, to Find a Sign on the Front Door that stated: If Locked, come to Back Door, when we arrived at the back door, another sign said if Locked, call 678-471-5501 which I did. A lady answered as she was driving back from Florida and informed me that was a warehouse, not a place for customers to visit. Be careful, don't waste your time driving miles and miles and spending hours in Atlanta traffic to attempt to buy Carpet, LVT & LVP from a company that advertises multiple locations but has only one location. There are way toooooooooooooooooo many flooring companies in metro Atlanta for this crap. Finding a carpet company in Atlanta is as easy as finding a Waffle House, except Waffle House is open to customers and not employees are rude on the phone.

I suspect these good reviews written by themselves or their friends, families, etc. Because I read…read morethese good reviews then I bought insurance from them, then turned out to be nightmare. Every renewal, price went up at least by 20% or more. Called in, Mark suggested to get rid of good coverage to reduce the price, in addition to that, he typically didn't answer calls or return calls, or returned calls late, had to call him or his office many times to reach him, very poor customer services. This agent also didn't care about lower rates for customers, for example, vintage cars should go to vintage car insurance company, such as Hagerty or Liberty, etc. which has much much cheaper quote, and much much better coverage. Mark didn't tell us about that for 2 years that we could get a vintage car insurance from Hagerty through him, by the way, you also can buy vintage car insurance directly from carriers. We didn't know these information until recently I was tired of his very very poor customer service and keeping increasing price, and I called another agency, the moment I told them our car's year and brand name, they immediately said your car is vintage car and should go to vintage car insurance and that can save a lot of money and can get real value replacement instead of actual cash value (ACV). Later I mentioned to Mark that our car is collectable car, he still tried to sell Allstate policy(which has much much higher price and much much worse coverage) to us. 10 minutes after I hung up with him, he called back and said he didn't realize this is a vintage car, so for the past 2 years, because of his incompetence we had to pay much more than it should be and get much worse coverage. Eventually, when he agreed to get vintage car insurance from Hagerty, I told him to add "add on" of uninsured coverage to the renewal policies of both of our cars, he refused and insisted on putting "reduced" uninsured coverage, I told him "no", but he went ahead not to do Hagerty insurance for our vintage car any more, instead, he did both cars with allstate with "reduced" uninsured coverage, he did not follow our instructions at all, then he sent us insurance cards. I cancelled all the policies including homeowner insurance with him. Then the refund with auto insurance got difficulty to get done. That's another long story. We are still waiting for our homeowner insurance refund. Terrible company, terrible agency, terrible agent, terrible service.
