We never had puddles before. We now have very large puddles, even after a light rain (see exhibit A); 2) I am not sure about the quality of their asphalt; I don't think I have ever seen plants push up through newly poured asphalt; maybe if there were crack but a brand new driveway (see exhibit B); 3) They actually paved around a stump, which I alerted them to the fact shortly after they finished paving but to no avail. Needless to say, I would not recommend this company.

The driveway is wavy and is not consistent throughout. Edges are jagged and pieces are missing There was a small crack at the end of the driveway. The asphalt near the road is all gray and pieces of asphalt gone. The berm is pitted and has cracks in it. I had a problem where a truck caused damage to the berm, I called and asked for help and no one called me. Now I have texted them pictures and my concerns about just how long this driveway will last. I have only put a dent in the loan I took out to pay for all of this. I am now getting stonewalled again, there was no guarantee of the work. Honestly, because I am a senior citizen woman I feel I was taken advantage of.

"Call for a quote" the add said. When I called I was put on hold and then told that they did not actually do the work but "contract it out" to some other place. What?? So called the number they gave me and could not even get voicemail or an answering service. Finally reached the guy and was told of course "he would swing by and give me a quote". Knew by the tone of his voice he was just bs'ing and of course never showed up. Job is already done by someone else. Why don't these guys just be honest and tell you up front we don't want the job??

Said they will show up but I'm not holding my breathe. I started researching chimney masons. Too bad because they are pleasant on the phone but Noel has been using the same roof job excuse for months. I just saw a roof go up in my neighborhood in 2 days. Maybe I will call them for an estimate. Update...I'm changing to 4 stars from 1. Friday 3/15/24 I received a call from Noel that the worker, Anthony, was in my driveway. It was scheduled for Monday. I received no courtesy call changing the day and keeping me posted. I'm taking a star off for their scheduling issues. Anthony gets 5 stars. They are lucky they have a knowledgeable worker. He is great. I would recommend but will add to keep calling if scheduling an appointment.

We only had one problem with the kick board which was replaced immediately. Their was much back and forth by email between myself and the designer Mimi and the resulting plan was just what I needed. The first kitchen which I needed for Thanksgiving ran into a snag with a hurricane which knocked out the power for a week. The installer completed the job with hand tools working only with natural daylight. My sister also had her kitchen done and is very happy with it.
