Hucksters. The pizza tastes fine, but they sneak in a smaller size pizza than you order. It happened to me twice! The first time, we ordered two mediums and when we got home, saw the pizzas were 6 inches in diameter (yes we measured because it was so small!). That time, we called and the manager sent out the correct size to us. We thought that was a nice gesture for an honest mistake. Nope. Yesterday I picked up my large pizza. I thought it felt light when I held the box but I didn't check it either. I mean I trust a place to give me the size I paid for. Crazy, I know. When I got home, I saw they'd actually given me a medium. I paid for a large. So that was the second time. So they're hucksters & do this on purpose. No way will I go there again. read more

Throwing my Gaetanos menu in the trash. Jesus Christ; society needs a reboot to when people gave a damn about things they did and sold, and weren't just trying to do the least work for the most money. Just ordered from here, and my meal was TRASH. Literally, I just threw 6 of my 10 wings ($15 by the way,) straight in the trash. This was AFTER I brought them home, threw them in my air fryer and then sauced them myself. EVERYTHING was soggy as shit. My wings, my cheesesteak. And it wasn't like shit was sitting around; I picked up, and was there so early I had to wait for the food to be made. I shouldn't have to come home and RE-cook my food because it's a sopping mess. Interestingly, the wings and sandwich bread looked like they had been made in a sauna, but the MEAT was dry AF. Just a terrible meal, at $40. Again, WHY WAS EVERYTHING WET?!?? Why did my fried wings have the consistency of a wet towel? Why was my bread dripping through the bag? So upset at this meal. Never ordering from here again. Fool me twice, shame on me. Also, as I was leaving, I noticed that there were TRAYS; like those aluminum serving trays, full of uncooked bacon, just sitting on the counter. Like 15-20 TRAYS of bacon, just on the counter. God knows how long it was there. It should have been a red flag, but my big back ass ignored it. My wife is literally upstairs gagging. Super done with Gaetanos. read more

Gave me the wrong order and then hung up on me when I told them it was wrong. Very rude!! I will never order agcçain from this location!

Didn't care for the pizza. Flavorless and pricey. I'd recommend Antonino's in Audubon.

Where do I begin? The food is wildly inconsistent and insanely over priced. I can see making a pizza and sometimes it not being as good as others but how can you mess up deep frying chicken fingers? Their meatball parm sandwhich tasted like water and the roll was burnt to a crisp. All around the food is subpar and does not match up to the pricing. You spend 26 dollars for a cheesesteak and fries just to get home to a falling apart roll and soggy fries. I've given them multiple chances to win my trust back but this place simply isn't what it used to be. Lastly the girls at the front desk are horrible. Rude would be an understatement and it seems to me they're more interested in texting and playing grab ass than helping the customers.... The pizza cook looks like he wants to stab you.... Please just look elsewhere because Gaetanos is no longer it. P.S. if you do order for pickup, make sure to order two days in advance. When they tell you 20 minutes to pickup over the phone it actually means they'll forget you ordered and start it once you get there. Happened 2-3 times for me. read more

5 stars for the pizza slices, incredibly large for less than 5 dollars and 2 is enough for the entire day. That's like less than you would spend buying groceries. The single slices are crispy 8 times out of time. Ok, the issue is that half the time they get the order messed up, visited here almost every other day for a work lunch break. Owner had anger issues and takes it out on the staff. It's 100% NOT the waitresses, it's the guys working the the back that are messing it up most of the time if it's mixed up read more

I got the garlic bread cheesesteak and the garlic bread was awesome!! Did the Garlic overpower everything else?? There was a good amount of everything else but I mostly remember the Garlic. I've been loving and recommending Gaetano's for over thirty years so it pains me to write this but I feel as though I must warn others. My last two cheesesteaks have come without cheese on them. What's up with that Gaetano's? I'll even say the sandwich was still delicious without the cheese, but it wasn't a cheesesteak. It wasn't what I ordered or paid for. Twice. In a row. The second time I actually took it back. The staff made it very clear that they could not care less. They did however make me a new sandwich. Quite quickly I might add. However now they put on extra cheese. I mean extra extra cheese. It was gross. read more

Absolutely the best cheesesteak in south Jersey. Loaded with meat. They are known for their cheesesteaks. I used to go to their original location in Willingboro years ago. Nothing has changed. Still the best. By the way, their Italian hoagies are amazing to and so are the pork sandwich's read more

This is my second failed order this month. First time my pizza steak was so soggy it fell apart and you couldn't eat it. Today we ordered pizza with a credit from the last time. Half the topping were in the side of the box and the rest fell off when you picked up a slice. Complete slop and inedible. I called and they blamed the driver and said well what do you want me to do? I told them they had lost our business permanently and I got an ok. Plenty of other pizza places to order from read more

Wasn't a fan. Cheesesteak wasn't very good and the pizza is mediocre. There are better places in the area.

I was given the wrong food and when I called to ask for the correct order as per my paid receipt, the young lady argued with me. I took the incorrect sandwich back, I ordered a chicken sandwich and was given a beef cheesesteak and even with the sandwich in front of her the young lady argued that the beef was actually chicken!!!!! I then had to wait for a new sandwich and was again given beef cheesesteak so had to ask for a third one. Then the "let's make them wait" game started. I have been a customer for years but NEVER AGAIN. read more

Quite possibly the worst dining experience I've ever had in my life, I can't think of anything worse,. I ordered a chicken cheesesteak , not only to take forever to make, when we got the cheesesteak, it was not only really greasy, but the grill that they used must've been so dirty, they were pieces of old hoard regular cheese steak mixed in with the chicken cheesesteak so they didn't clean the grill for probably days or longer so there was hard old meat mixed in with the chicken cheesesteak that we had, and there was also a lot of gristle, it was not even edible, we didn't finish eating the food, The worst experience really probably ever as far as dining read more

Is there a new owner here? As I sit here finishing my meal I was moved to add this review. In my 30 years of eating cheese steaks at 4 locations throughout South Jersey, this place definitely takes the cake for being the worst. Here's why; 1. I ate the smallest sandwich ever. The bread was BEGGING for meat. Again, 30 years eating these sandwiches and this is my very first time complaining. 2. The pepperoni I asked for was thrown onto the sandwich just before it was brought out to me. Who does that? I could literally taste how cold the pepperoni was. 3. My cheese was partially melted!!! Really? Really? I will probably avoid this spot in the future since there are 3 others in the area that I can go by on my way back home from working in Bordentown. Heck, this may just motivate me to look into opening one myself somewhere in Gloucester County. We could use one out there. I hope the owner of this Gaetano's reads this and fixes these issues. Maybe then I will return. Maybe! read more

Our band, Heartbeat City Cars Tribute was essentially stranded for the night in Brooklawn at a seedy motel. We were tired and hungry after a day in hell at the Philadelphia International Airport. We spotted Gaetano's down the road and decided to check it out. What we found was a great little neighborhood pizza joint with super friendly and attentive staff. The food? Holy moley! Huge portions of great dishes. I had the "small" Stromboli which was awesome and had to take the rest home because I got filled at half. The other guys in the band enjoyed their meals and we all left satiated. Thanks, Gaetano's! Mark Adame Heartbeat City Cars Tribute Los Angeles, Ca. read more

I stopped in for a quick bite with a friend before heading across the river for a Phillies game. Jennifer, our server, was extremely friendly and efficient. Drinks were refilled before our cups were empty and, when we decided we wanted water at the end of our meal, she offered to put it in to-go cups for our ride to the game. Food was excellent and the portions were monstrous. Holy cow. I could hardly finish the mini cheesesteak. The pizza fries were pretty good, too. read more

Idk how, but I ordered from here and I get home only to discover they just neglected to give me items I had paid for. I know they saw what was supposed to be there because 1. They charged me for it and 2. It was listed right there on the receipt that was stapled to the bag my food was in. Ridiculous. Won't be ordering from here again. To add to that, the Buffalo chicken steak I ordered was overly bland and completely smothered in blue cheese. Probably because they know their sandwiches taste like crap. We stopped by here to get lunch before going to the Philadelphia Union Game. The staff was okay, but the service was quick. We waited maybe less than 10 minutes and we got our take out order. They definitely load up their sandwiches and wraps. And they have krinkle cut fries! A plus and it was well cooked. The cake sucked. Todays visit just reinforced why I hate eating out. If its not 1 thing, its another. So Im in a great mood, ready to enjoy a treat & this girl comes over. She says what can i get ya. Don't order a cheese steak from here. Small portions. I got a mini and loaded the two half's on to one side of the roll to make it full. I visit the other Gaetanos and no location can beat the Willingboro spot. Once you had one from Willingboro all the others are a disappoint. read more

Been coming here for years. Never had a bad meal. Gets a bit busy at lunch which slows service down a bit, but that should be expected.

0 stars Do not order from here. They make you wait for orders they say will be ready in 15 minutes.
