Excellent company. Dan came to my house and within an hour had all my computer issues solved. One computer couldn't get on Wi-fi the other had lost Firefox, then there was my photo transferring problem! My computers are quite old, but Dan knew just what to do. I'm sure I will be putting in a call for his assistance when I purchase my new computer in the next few months. He is a very pleasant, professional, patient, and knowledgeable young man. My wife and I are senior citizens with limited ability to navigate tv remotes. "Cutting the cord" is not realistic for us. Outstanding work. I cut the cord on my Comcast cable TV and she provided excellent advice and technical expertise to switch to YouTube TV which perfectly met my needs. My laptop was definitely on its last legs. I had bought another laptop in anticipation.
