On said apt just now the np Kaye was outright rude and uncaring. She then decided that I was "not happy" and she could assist me finding somewhere else. When all I said was that I did schedule the pain management place they referred me to. I cannot fathom trusting this place or these foul people to ever work on my spine. It's a blessing to search for proper care elsewhere before I let these people actually do anything. I will be filling a complaint with the medical board regarding negligence.

Nevertheless, he handled the conflicting data with great stride and tested me for everything to ensure that I was getting the best possible care. In the end, he determined that the tumor wasn't hormonally active--and he went the extra mile by checking my fertility as well. He even offered to consult me on freezing my eggs in the event that I needed to go in for radiation. During my time with Dr. Einhorn, it was apparent that he wasn't just there to perform a series of tests, but he cared a great deal about my wellbeing and wanted to set me up for the best possible outcome. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs an incredibly adept endocrinologist with a warm and friendly demeanor. He's amazing.

My shoulder injury is fairly complex & movement was terribly restricted. My pain hovered around an 8 out of 10 all day every day. I'm thrilled that Dr. Myer opted to try less invasive options for treatment before a shoulder replacement surgery. He chose to give me an injection of cortisone into my shoulder. After the initial pain from the injection wore off, I'm thrilled to proclaim that I have barely any pain at all, at it's worse, a 4, & I can move at about 75% of "normal" compared to the 15-20% movement I was able to achieve when I first came in to see him. *Convenient office hours. *The office is easy to get to, right off of the I805. *Ample free parking. *The office & restrooms are very clean. *The office staff are very professional & quite compassionate. Dr. Myer took his time listening to me & assessing my shoulder injury during my appointments. I did not feel rushed or like I was bothering him. When he gave me the injection, let me say I was a bit anxious when I saw the size of that needle, but I felt virtually no pain at all. He did an exceptional job caring for me. I honestly wish more physicians took the time to listen to & to hear their patients the way Dr. Myer did with me.

Thank you! ---------------------------------- This review is not for Dr Paredez, who is honestly a wonderful doctor - but for his office. It is literally impossible to get in touch with anyone there. I've tried calling multiple times throughout the day, waited on hold for 15+ minutes only for someone to pick up the phone and immediately hang up. I've tried leaving a message both on the phone and on their site - no response most of the time, occasionally a call back (roughly 1 out of 5-6 times). I was told the office would contact me to schedule labs but of course, nobody did, so now I am just waiting indefinitely. I rarely post Yelp reviews, but am so frustrated with the quality of care here that I have to look for alternatives and hope that enough such reviews will get the attention of the doctor and perhaps something will change eventually. I plan to look for alternate care- not because of the doctor (who is, again, wonderful) but because there is just no way to ever get in touch with anyone in this office.
