Your response to my review is a sad one. Take accountability and learn from it. The decor was not the problem the cleanliness was. Old discolored lawn chairs with old tattered faded home made cushions make a negative impact on your establishment. The appeal of a salon has a lot to do with how a customer feels their service will be. Your response was all excuses instead of taking it as a review instead of a way to learn how to improve. Yes, it's understandable if the stylist is running behind but inexcusable to make the client pay for it. Simply call the number you have on record and let that client know you are running behind, simple. Unsanitary practices has NO excuse! Picking up a comb off the floor or using one you JUST used on the previous client hair without sanitizing it first is again inexcusable! That's disgusting and the licensing board would agree. Be appreciative that you weren't reported and just a review was made. I gave you a try even after the red flags and you failed. You knew the braids were hurting because I told you so! Also I was not leaning forward on a cell phone..again excuses. Not the making of a professional. I stand by every word of my review and hope you improve for your future customers. I spent additional money to go to another salon to fix what you did and it was useless. I ended up just taking it all out within 48 hrs and went on my cruise with my natural hair. Money wasted and lesson learned ...to follow my intuition. If it doesn't feel right leave. read more
