I highly recommend these movers. My apartment complex put me in a horrible situation by telling me at 11:30 AM the day of my move in that my apartment wasn't ready. A big "WHAT?!" moment. I quickly called GA's Best and they were able to squeeze me two days later, when my apartment was going to be available. No fees or lectures. Katrina was very helpful. Trevor and his team did a great job with the move- they were very fast and nothing was damaged. Awesome job with bed assembly. I have no idea how Trevor was able to park the big truck with the limited parking space but he made it happen! All this for the lowest price I've been quoted. Incredible all around. Trevor and his team we're amazing let me tell you. Even though my move took 7 hours you try packing and moving with a 7 month old. I was totally me because I was not packed up all the way. However Trevor said don't worry we can help you pack this up. They were moving so fast and efficient. His team were careful with our belongs and made sure we were happy. If I was packed up and organized it definitely would have only taken 3 hours. If you don't give these guys a try well your going to regret it. 9.10.20 so I have to update this review because after 3 months I still can't find my PS4 that I asked not to be packed and not moved. My move was scheduled for a Saturday, but due to an issue with the move ahead of mine, we had to push our move back a day. The company called me very early in the day to let me know there was an issue, and that their first clients apartment wasn't ready, and they couldn't unload the truck. I didn't have a tight timeline so it was fine for me. The next day the move went fast, and the guy were awesome. They wrapped all my furniture, even my crappy stuff that may not have needed it :). They only charged me for 2 hours even though we went over due to the inconvenience. Def would recommend. Great price. Nice folks. We hired Dependable to move a piano (they have a flat piano moving rate). They showed up in the window they promised and called me along the way to update me. I appreciated the care they took in moving the piano carefully into my home. The only issue was of the three of the men coming into our house, one was wearing a mask properly, the second had it under his nose, and the third wasn't wearing one at all. This is the WORST moving company in GA. Please do not use them. This company is poorly run and very unprofessional. I used this company twice. The first time was a good experience, they moved my items into a storage unit without any problems which made me hire them again after I bought my condo. The second time was a disaster, they had two untrained employees that damaged my couch, now it looks like a dog bit through my leather. The supervisor Q was very professional about the situation, he was not one of the movers who caused the damage. He acknowledged the damage after I showed him what the other two movers did and took pictures of my couch. He told me the office will reach out to me with reimbursement for the damage. I had a great experience with this company. Katrina responded to me right away from the moment I requested a quote. Trevor and the other guy (sorry I forget his name) showed up right on time. I didn't have a ton of stuff, but they finished in under 2.5 hours including the 25 minute drive. These men carried a 250 pound washing machine up the porch and then upstairs to the second floor without even setting it down. I'd definitely recommended them and I'll use them again if I ever need to! read more

I would not recommend this company at all. First, they showed up 5 hours late for the appointment. They sent 3 men, 2 of whom seemed like they were there to move the third guy was new and did not really care much for the job so in my view did way less than the other 2 guys. They then proceeded to break a vase, lamp and dryer. The vase and the dryer were slopply packed and so broke in the move. The broken lamp was discovered later when setting up the house. Long story short, they charged $130 per hour and after 4 hours and 20 min they stopped work after pretty much leaving stuff everywhere in the house. I even worked to make things end sooner cause by now I was frustrated. They were going to charge me for 5 hours because they claimed that after 15 min grace period it went into the next hour. Anyway to compensate me for the broken dryer I negotiated with Trevor for reduction of labor by 1 hour which was $ 130. This was a big mistake on my part. Never sympathize with people like this cause they will try to screw you later. I should have ordered all dryer parts new and had a dryer tech come out and install the parts which would have costed the movers over $350 instead I suggested that I will fix my own dryer and pay them for 4 hours labor. Remember when I said civility never pays with people like this cause they will screw you later......When my wife called a few days later about the broken vase and lamp, they proceeded to lie to her that I had negotiated that the $130 included those 2 items, which was a complete lie. They then changed the story to my wife did not care about the broken vase to "Oh well there is nothing we can do". I am quoting the rude administrative assistant not the owner. Anyway NEVER hire this company because in my experience with them it started out fine but ended in absolute misery. Consulting right now with my attorney whether I should go after the other damaged property or forget it and learn from this miserable experience with these movers. SEE my response to Comment below have also sent it as a message to the owner. Once again you insist on lying. These are the genuine whirlpool parts and the cost of those parts, which your sloppy crew broke on my dryer. 1. Timer $96.79; 2. Timer Knob $26.08; 3. Push to Start switch $27.73; 4. Push to start knob $22.82. I did not include at least 1.5 hr of labor that it took me to install the parts. The fact that i was able to source used or discounted parts was a favor to you and your sloppy crew. Does that look like $45 to you? We both have pictures of the dryer damage so don't lie that it would have cost $45 to fix it. I was Irate cause your assistant was rude to me and continued to lie about our compromise. I should have never worked anything out with you all and just billed your insurance. My wanting to go to small claims court was not a threat; however, I personally repaired my dryer within budget. My wife convinced me that court costs for her vase and lamp was an inconvenience she was not interested in. So I will make sure that I let others know NEVER to hire you all cause once your crew showed up 5 hrs late I should have known it was going to be a crap job from that point on. read more

They also put the bed together and left the screws in out old house (see pictures of screws in hand that should have been added to the assembled bed).
