This store seemed really nice and was able to squeeze me in during this busy time since apple stores are not open, but after the service I am just not that happy. My iPhone stopped responding to touch, but the phone was still on and I was getting notifications, I could just not use the screen. I took it here in hopes that they could tell me what had happened. I paid for data recovery too because sadly I did not have anything backed up. Two days after dropping it off I did not receive any information so I called back myself where they told me they had already figured out everything with my phone but just never called me. They told me they could not get the data which I still do not understand why and they had no reason (kinda just seemed like a scam for money), and they also told me my phone could not be fixed. I only paid for them to run a diagnostics test, but they went ahead and opened up my phone to see what had happened. Normally I would not have cared about this, but that was not part of what I paid for. Now that they opened it up the phone does not even turn on so any chances of getting my data back are that much harder. I just do not like that they went ahead and did things before asking me about them, because this is my phone. They also gave me my phone back with loads of dirt and dust stuck in-between the seam where they opened the phone, which is gross. I just do not think they have good communication and will just do whatever they want once they have your phone. They also made me turn off find my iPhone which set me the wrong way because an apple store would never make you do that. There should be no reason find my iPhone should be off if they are just doing work to my phone. It made me feel uneasy about what they were doing with my phone after I left it. Will not be returning and will just be going through apple at this point, even if it takes longer. read more

Amazing store, I would highly recommend. The staff is super friendly and helpful, they know what they are talking about. I took my MacBook in and ended up deciding to purchase a new Mac. They were able to seamlessly transfer all of my data to the new computer and in a very timely manner might I add. It was a stress free experience! I took my iPhone 6 here when the screen got smashed. I couldn't get an appointment at an Apple Store for 5 days so I decided to take it here even tho I knew they'd have to send it out. The average turn around time was 3-5 days. They are also an apple approved store so they honored my apple care warranty. I was a little nervous about when I would get it back when I got a call 1.5 days later and they needed me to disable find my iPhone . But the next day they called and I picked up my better than new phone a day sooner than the next available Apple Store appointment. I was really pleased with the final outcome and return to this store again. read more

This is regard to the Yardley location not sure if they share the same ownership. Similar to what others said a complete waste of $70 dollars. I was told that if repair was needed they would apply the $70.00 diagnostic charge. Well the battery needs to be replaced and they would not apply the $70 dollar diagnostic charge, Compete rip off. I have found major security flaws in the computer I have purchased from them about a year and a half ago. I have had it diagnosed by an outside party and have found that operating system had allowed for someone to remotely control my computer without my knowledge. I would not at all trust their horrible knowledge of computers or trust the computer that I would use for my business. read more

G2 may be convenient but they are not an actual apple authorized service provider and charge fees that apple would not dare to charge. I have brought multiple computers in to get serviced and G2 did not fix any of the problems. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere. read more

Wow, couldn't agree more with the other reviews, wish I had read them before trying out G2. Nickeled and dimed throughout the entire process of old computer being rendered dead, buying new computer and software, and transferring information. Wanted to build a relationship with the local retailer instead of driving out to King of Prussia, but it would have been well worth making that drive rather than feeling like I wasn't valued not only as a current customer, but also future returning customer. Their customer service at the Doylestown store is really bad. They are extremely rude and obnoxious with customers. They were making fun of a lady who came to pick up her computer while she was out of the store. I wanted to buy a new iPad air and was going to trade my iPad 2 that Apple gave a value of $75 but they would only offer $50. So for a $25 difference they lost a sale of $600. Strange business practice especially since I will be buying a new Apple computer this summer. I would not recommend this store for any Apple products. I will buy directly from Apple online or at one of their stores. read more

Extremely disappointed. I was charged $199 and $125 for backing up my data and then reinstalling the OS. When I brought my computer in I told the store that the computer was less than a year old and it should still be under warranty. They called me later and said it was a software issue (operating system is not a software issue) and that it is not covered by Apple. I told them to proceed in fixing it. I later called Apple and they said they would have walked me through the process of reinstalling my OS in just a few minutes at no charge. Obviously I am very disappointed G2 didn't share this information. read more

Being that they are not an authorized apple dealer I was charged for evaluating my computer and they still weren't able to help me. They were not able to diagnosis the problem Brought the computer to an official apple store and the problem was taken care of immediately. It could be a convenient store but the service isn't worth the convenience. read more

BUYER BEWARE! Do not use this store to buy holiday gifts for anyone (or for yourself). 7 Day return/exchange policy only, NO EXCEPTIONS. Owner was rude and unapologetic for the fact that product was purchased as a gift five days before Christmas and recipient could never have known it was the wrong item until they received it personally. I came to the store to exchange/buy something else (that cost more) and just wanted store credit and they were rude and unwavering in their policy. "It's on the receipt, you should have known" is the most ridiculous way to treat retail customers. After this experience I told them I will never shop there again, which was treated with a shrug. They deserve no business at all as they clearly don't care about their customers. read more

G2 Computers owner(s) are very dishonest and should be AVOIDED. They required approximately $100 to perform their own computer diagnostics on MacPro even after I told them I went to Apple Center and was informed that the keyboard and battery of my MacPro needed replacement. After G2 Computers performed their diagnostics, they informed me my entire computer needs replacement and the cost for replacement is greater than the computer but are willing to sell me another similar Mac Pro for $600 with no warranty and are willing to take my old computer. By the way the $100 I paid would not apply towards the purchase of the similar computer. Remember, I went to Apple Center and was informed only my keyboard and battery need replacement and told them I want these components replace. Worst of all the MAC Pro I dropped for repair/diagnostics worst off after their diagnostics. DO NOT GO TO THEM FOR ANY COMPUTERS REPAIRS. THEY ARE THIEFS AND LIARS. THEY CANNOT BE TRUSTED. Terrible experience at the Doylestown location! Nasty Indian lady wants to charge an exorbitant $85 fee for a few minutes consultation. The charges were never discussed upfront or posted anywhere within the store. What started off as seeming to be a courtesy consultation, quickly turned into their need for the $85, whether the tech advise was helping or not. I will not, I repeat, will not, return to this establishment or recommend to others! Total rip off! Very, Very, Very, Very, Very, Very disappointed! I doubt this place will make it much longer, with their shady business tactics and bad attitude towards customers. read more

I took my laptop in for repair last week after Apple referred me to them. I was getting a ? when I turned my computer on. They replaced the hard drive under my Apple warranty and even got my top case replaced under warranty because it had some cracks in it. The only negative thing about my experience was the place was a little difficult to find. I drove past it a couple times. A larger sign on the road could be helpful. read more

HORRIBLE place. I took my computer here to get a new battery and the staff is beyond rude. The guy who waited on me acted like he didn't have any time to listen to me. I told him I needed it that evening & he told me that it should be ready in about 4 hours and he would call me to let me know it was done. The place closes at 6pm, and it is now 5:40 and still no phone call. I drive over because I need my computer back and they cannot find my computer in the store. They are searching all over the place and have no idea what I am talking about. Behind the front desk they just stack computers on top of each other, not worrying about any scratches that could cause on them. Finally they find my computer which happens to be shoved on a shelf with other computers piled on top of it. THEY FORGOT ABOUT MY COMPUTER! They rush downstairs & put in a new battery which took all of 3 minutes. Not sure why I had to leave it there all day. Horrible place, horrible service. read more
