Mark promised to get back out within 5 days to figure out the problem. After 2 weeks of waiting for Mark to show up I decided to get some other contractors involved. I ended up talking to 2 different contractors- both took a look at my septic plans and explained to me that the model Mark put it in wouldn't be able to push the water to the end of my leach field. I'm now out out the money for the pump and the $1,000 service charge Mark pinned on which after further research I found was about $300 over. Needless to say, I would recommend looking elsewhere.

We had to call back Sunday and at that point we talked with a technician named Joseph. He took his time as well made sure everything was okay. We had to call back Monday and get someone out here. Joseph showed up that day and pumped our tank and figured out it was just the electrical box we had installed was faulty. Joseph made sure we were hooked up into the house and that the pump was working properly. Later that night we had to call again and the line to the tank was just clogged so Joseph came back on his own time to help us clear it out. He said he just wanted us happy!!!!!!! He was awesome! The tanks were pumped out and the filter blockage was cleared. My panel was completely corroded so a new panel and pump were needed. Parts ordered and replaced the next day. Replacing 3 existing fluorescent light with LED lights I have purchased and replacing 1 fluorescent with 3 mini LED lights. Got the impression they don't work after 3pm, said they could be there at 230pm. 245pm, no one has shown up, call and get the answering service again "hey is anyone showing up?"..."we'll forward your message". 250pm I text both the numbers who have been in contact with me about this project, no response. Around 4pm I sent an email. Today is 9/25 and I have yet to receive any response and at this point, please don't even bother.
