I spoke directly with the owner. After a few minutes I received a quote, was dispatched a tech, and was booked for a same day appointment only 45 minutes after initial contact. Banner knows how to work with the complicated requirements for insurance estimates, as well as permits and inspections. They are straightforward in negotiations, which I personally appreciate. Ultimately, they finish what they started, which is more than many contractors in the area. They're not cheap, but they are fair and they do things right the first time or they fix it.
