I asked if there was any way to preserve the flowers for a week. The owner followed up and graciously picked up the flowers and offered to remake and deliver in the correct date. The owner did not have to do anything. They fulfilled their end and did it well. However, they went an extra mile to ensure customer satisfaction. In a day when supplies and staff are limited, it is rare for an organization to even fulfill requests, never mind going above and beyond. I appreciate Patrice (the owner) "seeing" the customer and the need and responding like a human. Greensmith Floral has a customer for life.
