Customer service was stupendous at Office Max though, we had an older gentlemen as our cashier and he was beyond patient with us and our exchanges, for another charger and another kid's pen. I downloaded their app onto my iPhone and it listed their Saturday hours at the Grandville location as 9AM to 9PM. I immediately drove there, arriving around 8:30 PM. Although there were employees working in the store the doors were locked. When I checked the Hours sign in the window it said 9AM to 8PM for Saturday. I won't be wasting my time driving to that store again on Saturday...or any other day for that matter. Shame on you Office Max! The only reason I gave you one star is because I didn't have the option of giving you none.

We are a tax exempt business, so it's easier if I have to visit the store on the fly to go in get the item number I need and place and pay for it online. Foregoing the tax exempt certificate and having to carrying the business credit card. After placing the order online and paying I took the item to the cashier stand where the cashier threw a temper tantrum the likes of a three year old. You would think I had caused them so much trouble. I'm like "really?" here is the item all you have to do is print out the pickup slip. She walked away still going on and another cashier came over and said ignore her, printed out the paper and off I went. Why do you put up with that. I literally saved an employee from goin and getting the item blah, blah, blah. If only there was an alternative in town. I guess that's how you get away with it.

I asked for help and lady said kinda sharp if it's not out we do not have it. She commented that they are expecting a delivery the next day. I asked could they call if one is on the shipment and she said no. You just need to call the store. We do not call customers. It's not that they would not call it was the attitude.
