We grew up in a small community like Vicksburg. My wife worked in the Village for 30 years. We chose Prudential over the preferred Nursery that our Condo Association promoted. We made a mistake it seems. That nursery gives a standard one year warranty which would have covered our trees. Only OUR trees died. Very disappointed in this and the fact that Charlie will not talk with us. Lesson learned.

As far as organic content, hard to say. Once it dried out it looked more like fine sand. It grew tons of crab grass and assorted other weeds. Now I'm working to kill all the crab grass that is established in my lawn. Honestly, this was the worst thing I could have ever used on my lawn.
