Carmelo went above and beyond, and it really stood out to me. Dunn Edwards is very lucky to have him on their team.

Prices are very comparable with other similar stores and, if I may say, sometimes you can even find things that are on sale. That's the best part of it. Store was well organized and very clean. I walked in today around 2:30pm and was automatically greeted by an employee that was standing by the main entrance. She gave me a shopping cart and told me enjoy your shopping. This is a very big store and has it's own parking lot right in the front. I needed some bed sheets, pillow cases, one fitted queen size sheet, and that was about it. You know how it goes. Not only did I find what I was looking for, I also found some other things that I liked and could picture them in my home. I got this cute decor for my bathrooms, small round candle holder and a beige color candle. Also for my bathroom. A black color stand that you can put flowers, plants, I also saw this beautiful solid wood breakfast/lunch/dinner tray that you can enjoy in bed or anywhere else. This is both unsafe and unprofessional. I informed an employee at check out. 3) Need more cashiers. 3 out of maybe 7 or 8 registers were open? This is the only HG where long lines didn't move rather quickly. The line was long. I waited 17 minutes to pay. Despite all the negatives, I love that I saw a whole section of artificial flowers in clear glass vases with pretend water. This location also has a lot of throw pillows and even couches! The seasonal and gift selection was overwhelming, in a good way. Valentine's is being pushed earlier, capitalism at its finest. Ditto for Lunar New Year merchandise. Also impressive were the availability of Diwali and Chanukkah products. Appreciate the diversity! I'd come back but after the holidays without the crowds.
