I recently hired Rose Magic Cleaning to help clean our kitchen after our Thanksgiving holiday, and…read morethe experience was excellent from beginning to end. Getting an estimate was simple, and I was able to let Rosa know which services we would need and which ones were not as important. Rosa and her assistant arrived early, even though I was expecting them at 1:30 pm. The main task was to rinse and clean the dishes from our last meal, which we did not have energy for after cooking for nearly two days and managing our two-year old! They asked questions about where things should be put away, and where supplies were located and where the trash was located. What impressed me most was their attention to detail. They didn't just do the basics, they really went above and beyond and did a deep clean of our counters, appliance cart, and microwave. The floors looked fantastic, the powder room looked great and small corners were taken care of. They were also careful with my belongings and moved through the house efficiently without rushing through cleaning. I offered extra to help clean our ceiling fan, which they took care of. It was clear their company team was friendly, respectful, and clearly took a lot of pride in their work.Rose Magic Cleaning will be who I call next time for reliable, high-quality cleaning services with a personal touch. Dependable, Professional, &....Efficient!…read more I have hired MCCS on two occasions now and both have been great experiences. The first job was a fancy faucet upgrade and plumbing job in the kitchen. The second was a basement lighting, electrical and garbage disposal replacement job. Both jobs were handled quick, fast, competently and with the best attention to detail. Initially, during the first visit, I was a bit nervous about hiring a handyman service for the job given I had bought a very expensive faucet and didn't want just anyone to screw it up. I figured a "big" plumbing company was the way to go, until I got their ridiculous quote for the job! In steps MCCS. MCCS handled the job like a pro, with no issues or damages/scratches to the faucet, cabinets or granite countertops....and at half the cost in comparison. During the last visit, Maryam performed the work herself and truthfully, I was amazed with her technical skill and knowledge to jump from completing plumbing work to figuring out a couple of electrical issues all in the same visit. As a small minority-women owned business, Maryam and her team has been a pleasure to work with. The communication and response time is fair and this is one company that has stayed consistent and on-time when scheduled. On both occasions, Maryam tends to get back to you the same day with a quote/response and schedule your work at your convenience. In all, MCCS gets 10 Stars if Yelp allowed. I have nothing but good things to say about their services and professionalism for being such a small company. Given how hard it is to find dependable people and competent handyman services in the DMV......let's just say......MCCS will be my "go to" when in need for home repair/contracting services for sure!

I found Leticia (owner) and ABLV through Yelp when I submitted a request for cleaning services. I…read moreended up hiring them for a deep clean and monthly cleaning. However, I only utilized their monthly services once. Almost did it again but Leticia's lack of professionalism caused me to look for services elsewhere. Plus, as you can see from the photos, the service provided was not great, even after I gave them grace. The deep cleaning in June was supposed to include all the bells and whistles - stairs, walls, baseboards, etc. Leticia promised the world. Unfortunately, what I requested wasn't delivered. After the "deep cleaning," I noticed so many untouched and uncleaned areas. At first, I tried to ignore them but everywhere I looked, I saw filth that I'd paid to have cleaned. I sent Leticia pictures and she sent the girls back the next day. Even after their second visit, many of the items weren't addressed or cleaned but by that point, I was tired of people being in my house. Fast forward to last month, I try this team again - just for a monthly cleaning. The cleaning is okay at best - list of missed spots and a lack of attention to detail but again, considering that you never know when this team will show up or leave with more than a tiny bit of notice, I was just ready for them to go. Especially since before they arrived, Leticia texted me and told me to put my dishes in the dishwasher. Wtf? Fast forward to yesterday. Surprisingly, Leticia reached out and provided only three dates that were available for cleaning this month. I confirm one but note another day would work best. She was curt and told me that they were booked. Fine. I started exploring other vendors as I have multiple properties and would prefer to work with someone who can flex a bit more with my schedule. I submitted a request through Yelp - obviously, it was routed to several businesses, including this one. So what does Leticia's bitter and unprofessional self do? Take a screenshot of my Yelp request and send it to me. When I confirmed it was me, this woman - not knowing which property I was requesting for and why - tells me she's putting my confirmed appointment on hold and she'll let me know if they're not too busy to come. As I texted her back shortly after: GIRL, BYE. The services provided were subpar. The service was terrible. And Leticia, let me tell you something: if I want to hire 27 different cleaning crews to clean my home, I can do that. It's MY HOUSE. I own it. In fact, I own multiple homes. You mad because I started looking elsewhere after you and your team left filth in my house and a bad taste in my mouth? Stay mad, ma. Wouldn't recommend this company... at all. Maybe if you're desperate like I was this week, but honestly, even then, more drama than it's worth.
