When our hot water heater failed, Chance quickly assessed the issue by having our tenant send photos. He was able to determine that the leak was coming from the unit itself (not the pipes), which saved valuable time and avoided unnecessary delays. Although the initial installation timeline was about two days, I shared that our tenants have small children and asked if there was any chance for an earlier opening. They went above and beyond, contacting us the very next afternoon after they finished early for the day, and were able to complete the replacement ahead of schedule. Their pricing was transparent, the installation was efficient, and their communication was outstanding. We received updates via text, email, and phone. Michael sent a photo after the work was completed and also made it easy to handle payment remotely. Most importantly,I felt confident that they were taking great care of our tenants in our absence. On December 1, 2025, our entire house was destroyed in a catastrophic flood. We had just moved into our newly remodeled turn-key home 5 years previously and still loved everything about it. To say we were shell shocked and devastated would be putting it mildly. Our home was now in ruins. Bathrooms, cabinetry, flooring, drywall were all destroyed and our home was basically unlivable. We were down to studs and raw plumbing. We immediately began to search for the perfect contractor to help us rebuild our home and put our lives back together. We reviewed multiple contractors online and in person, as well as checking with the Nevada Contractors Board and local permitting offices. One name consistently stood out and was above all others. Jerezee Construction. They had hundreds of 5-star reviews which led me to review their gallery of photos on their website. Their quality of work caught my attention. I reached out to their office and spoke to Ian. We found him to be very professional. He immediately set up an appointment and was incredibly empathetic to our plight. The way he handled our initial contact was so different from other companies we contacted. The next step in our journey was meeting the owner Ilan who arrived at our home to assess the damage. It was quickly apparent this was an experienced and highly qualified contractor. He demonstrated exceptional standards, made suggestions, was extremely organized but above all else inspired confidence that he could help us. He reviewed the contract with us line by line, leaving no stone unturned and highly transparent with clear expectations. No hidden fees, and no surprises. Once the project began, a group text was established. This was updated twice daily throughout the project to keep us informed. We next met Heather, one of Jerezee's designers. Heather quickly recognized we were in over our head and inundated with so many decisions and choices to make. She took the lead and helped us make selections on flooring, bathroom tiles, color palates, hardware, lighting fixtures and paint. She made a comprehensive material list which was amazing. Heather was invaluable to us. She was so patient, knowledgeable and held my hand through every step. Both my husband and I are analytical with no creative bone in our body so doing the design part and picking out product was impossible for us. We couldn't have done this rebuild without her. We were assigned a project manager named David. He was the first line supervisor for all the crew and sub-contractors at our home. He was incredibly responsive, timely, accessible, patient, upbeat and positive always. He made a highly stressful period of our life bearable and was such a joy to work with. He was the right man, at the right time, at the right place for us. As the work progressed it quickly became apparent that all their rave reviews were justified. Construction started exactly as planned and they made the process so easy for us. They handled EVERYTHING! Their craftmanship was impeccable. It was as if they were rebuilding their own house. Ilan, the owner was often on site inspecting the work and the progress. Ilan and David were true perfectionists, and nothing escaped their skilled eyes. At the end of the project, we didn't even have a punch list! Their crew and subcontractors were always polite, respectful, professional and kind. Everyone worked so hard to get us back into our home and genuinely seemed empathetic and understanding of our initial heartbreak. In conclusion, Jerezee Construction and their entire team made a devastating time in our life so much less stressful. Many thanks to Ilan and his team of dedicated professionals. As they say, great leaders do not set out to be a leader... they set out to make a difference, and Ilan has done that with Jerezee Construction. We hired Jerezee Construction to remodel our three bathrooms because they were the middle bid and…read morethe owner seemed like he cared and was involved. When we first met with him we had high hopes, but it soon became obvious their field work and the office are on different pages. The quality of their work is poor, and they do not seem to take any pre-cautions to protect work they have completed. The new floor and marble countertop we had installed was severely scratched before it was even turned over and they argued we were being too picky and would not fix it. The quality and timeliness of their work was so substandard, we decided to have them only complete two of the three bathrooms and we went with another contractor for the 3rd who was much more prepared. If you have a standard bathroom with no high-end fixtures or finishes, I think they would do fine. I do not think they are used to working with anything that requires quality or higher finishes. The timing was also twice what they promised, so just be prepared to have it take longer if you go with them. When we decided to go our separate ways, it was noted in the final paperwork they would support any issues we had when completing the 3rd bathroom, as they had bought a large portion of the material. Well, we had issues and reached out to the office and the owner (Roy) who never called me back. I actually spoke to their office who assured me someone would call, but never did. We had to re-purchase some cabinets they had provided for the 3rd bathroom as it had parts missing because of damage caused by their own workers who installed the door pulls wrong and it damaged the face of the cabinets. Apparently, they never replaced the items and would not even call us back so we could find out how to get more. Very poor customer service. DO NOT USE Jerezee Construction unless you want a big headache. We have photos of their work and can provide more information if you would like. We had originally planned to not write a review but after they would not call us back for material support, we felt it was warranted to warn others about their business practices. You have been warned. Stay away! I need to update my review since another person called mine into question. The communication was poor and Roye did not check in with us during the project once. Maybe our project of $45K for 3 bathrooms was not big enough to get the support needed, but the final product and organization was very poor. Even after we parted ways, we were assured they would offer at least warranty support for the bathroom they did and on materials but we could not even get a call back. I said it before and will say it one more time. If your project is small and low quality finishes and you have no timeframe for completion, then choose them. If you want the finish product to be undamaged and finish within the original time agreed upon, choose another GC. We found another GC to complete our master bathroom and entire upstairs and it was night and day. DO NOT USE JEREZEE
