Issue: septic tank seepage at the cap Service: Replace…read moredistribution box and PVC on both sides Date: 8/15/2024 A call to Cody got a scheduled visit for the following morning. Michael arrived and went to work. He was very friendly and explained all questions I tossed his way. He dug up the area at the end of the tank and found the PVC pipe leading out to be clogged so he probed for the distribution box and called in the team that dug it up. Once that happened they jetted the entrance pipes to the drain field and then replaced the distribution box and PVC pipes. The 2nd crew used the backhoe with great skill and the entire job took about 6-7 hours. If you need any septic repairs done, Absolute Septic really does the job well and are very knowledgeable at it. Highly recommended!

We did so, but Kohler sent the wrong part (not the part that Ben said we needed), which Ben discovered when he came out the second time to fix the faucet. So, we went back to Kohler, convinced them that Ben knew which part was needed. They apologized and promptly sent it, and Ben (and Mason) came out a third time -- it was the right part, and Ben promptly fixed the shower faucet. Big kudos to Ben, for his expertise, kindness, and patience, and to Mason for being his great helper.

I was EXTREMELY pleased with their customer service and expertise at the first scheduling phone call. They arrived on-time and I received a courtesy call in-advance of their arrival. When Joe came out to pump the tank, he did an inspection first and notified me the tank was working perfectly and did not need to be pumped for another 1-3 years. It is harder and harder to find honest operators anywhere these days and working with Joe and Dianne was refreshing. They have VERY reasonable rates, too! I will continue to use and recommend Bailey's!
