I was EXTREMELY pleased with their customer service and expertise at the first scheduling phone call. They arrived on-time and I received a courtesy call in-advance of their arrival. When Joe came out to pump the tank, he did an inspection first and notified me the tank was working perfectly and did not need to be pumped for another 1-3 years. Scheduling was extremely easy and even though I was calling right before a holiday weekend, they got me on the schedule immediately. I do have an exposed "lid" and (knowing zero about septic) I believed that was where it would be pumped from, but to my dismay they informed me we will needed to locate and dig up the other lid. I'm a woman home alone, panicking thinking "how are we going to find this?" - well, fortunately, experts came with the package! Wayne located my actual lid within 30 seconds of just probing the ground, and Tyson had it dug up within minutes!!
