The cashier never asked me any questions, so how are customers supposed to know what they need to do? What made it worse was that they said they couldn't refund the money. No apology, no effort to fix it. Just poker faces and "there's nothing we can do." It's not even about the amount of money. It's the principle and the terrible customer service. Honestly, it makes me wonder how many customers they do this to. It's disgusting.

It is my own vehicle and I feel like I just sold a kidney. At least this place is brightly lit. Especially the sign showing $3.99 for the cheap stuff. $4.19 is how much for the good stuff. I think I've just been robbed through my credit card transaction.

It's supposed to be open 24 hours, but for the past couple months, they've always been closed for an hour or so. When I go around 12am, its sometimes close. When I go around 1am another day, its closed. Or even last night, I go around 3am and it doesn't open again until 4am! Like, come on! At least put up a sign at the door saying you'll be open again at a certain time, but not even that. It's annoying and it needs to stay open like it's supposed to--- 24 hours!
