The cashier never asked me any questions, so how are customers supposed to know what they need to do? What made it worse was that they said they couldn't refund the money. No apology, no effort to fix it. Just poker faces and "there's nothing we can do." It's not even about the amount of money. It's the principle and the terrible customer service. When I go around 1am another day, its closed. Or even last night, I go around 3am and it doesn't open again until 4am! Like, come on! (B forewarned, motorcycle police hide behind the trees next to the driveway.) This hydrogen fueling station is one of the most dependable, reliable stations around with very little offline time. Almost to the point where you can just drive up and start the fueling process without check h2fcp.org (but I don't recommend it). The staff inside seem okay with a good attitude, but of course, this could change if the fueling station starting going offline more often and ppl started complaining. I've had all positive experiences with this station and it's staff. No issues, no complaints, clean inside and out (no trash that I see when I visit). Highly recommend this station.
