I don't believe this is a cost-of-doing-business reality because most similarly sized stores sell at MSRP or very close to it. What will cause me to stop shopping here is that I recently ran in to pick up a pot of Citadel Nikolakh Oxide. It runs $4.50 on GW's site, $4.50 at other nearby stores. Green Tower charged me $7.80. It was a rainy day, and I wanted to save to drive to Geeky Teas, so I bought it. However, I won't shop here again. UPDATE: Thanks to the owner for the refund. I didn't need a refund -- especially not a full one -- just fair prices.

One guy had a few sports card booth but hoping to see more of those soon. There was also people printing shirts and some toy booths. Mostly new stuff but some people selling antique pop culture items. There was a few comic book booths and a lot of mixed used booths. It was game card heavy like Pokémon but all in all a good mix. There wasn't a lot of spaces open and the place has only been open a few months. I'm hoping to get in before they are sold out. It does look very promising for buyers abdand sellers of collectible goods.

When I called to ask if they had specific TCG…read moreproducts in stock, I was told, in what came across as a rude manner, to "just come in" instead of simply answering the question. Unfortunately, this has happened more than once. On several visits, the staff appeared to be focused on playing games rather than helping customers, which made me feel like my business wasn't a priority. Customer service goes a long way, and I hope they improve how they interact with customers. Personally, I'd rather support shops like Paper Hero Comics, where I've consistently been treated with kindness, respect, and genuine customer service.

I've been here 2x within a month to buy single Pokemon cards. My first time experience, the two…read moredudes working were helpful let me check out cards told me to get closer to the glass wall with their high price cards for a better look if I needed to, let me compare cards for the better of the 2 cards. 2nd visit today was amazing I was looking to fill in my 151 master set with some reverse holos and Ex's( I had already been to another shop with no luck and not a great experience) once 151 got really popular I stopped buying packs and started collecting singles. The tall guy working today made my day by letting me go through a binder of 151 unfinished master set to help complete mine it literally had everything I needed ! I also picked up some full art cards. I highly recommend checking this place out. Sealed Pokemon product is a bit high(but all the card shops are honestly ) but all the single cards are priced fair from tcg price guide. They have awesome vintage toys, rare finds and modern collectibles as well. It's fun to walk around and see what they have.

I felt like a kid in a candy store digging for treasure. Honestly adds to the enjoyment of the films I picked up. Because the experience wasn't solely reduced down to me clicking a button on a screen and having the movie shipped to me, which often has left me with buyer's remorse due to impulse purchases because of how little friction there is in that. But here, at Video Depot, I was transported to a time where life was simpler, slower, and my purchasing habits felt more deliberate. More restrained, selective, and meaningful. To be able to go in and be mesmerized by the shelves full of movies, CD's, comics, all the cool posters on the wall was extremely fun. I ended up getting some Scooby Doo DVD's and a sealed box set of VHS tapes that looked interesting and that I couldn't even find on eBay. Gina, the store owner, was an absolute sweetheart. Extremely warm and kind person. You can immediately feel her good energy and almost want to linger around in the store longer just to be around her. She reminded me so much of my grandmother :) She even gave me water and donuts. Overall, I left elevated. Which is in stark contrast to 80% of my online purchases where again, I'm left with buyer's remorse because I clicked a button thinking I wanted something and then it comes in the mail and I don't even want it anymore. The titles I picked up from Gina's store now have a story to them. A memory. Adds to the magic of the film.
