When I returned to the store and explained the situation, I requested a refund because I relied on the employee's recommendation when making my purchase. Store Manager Richard Beltran stepped in and refused to issue a refund, despite my explaining that the mistake originated with his assistant manager. Instead, he directed me to contact customer service. I spent a significant amount of time speaking with customer service, only to be told that they could not assist me and that the store manager should have known they were unable to resolve this type of issue. What frustrated me most was being sent to customer service when there was apparently nothing they could do. When I told Mr. Beltran that I wanted to record him advising me to call customer service, he responded by saying he would call the police and have me trespassed from the store. I would not recommend this location based on my experience. I understand that businesses have policies and need to make money, but customer service, accountability, and treating customers fairly should matter as well. I am not a hardcore gamer and relied on the expertise of the store staff when making my purchase. Unfortunately, I did not feel that my concerns were taken seriously or handled professionally.

Unfortunately, she was one of the rudest customer service workers I've ever encountered. I'm not sure if she was having a bad day, but the way she treated me was very rude. Honestly, someone with that attitude should not be working in customer service, especially at a Disney store. When I went up to the register, I was talking with my daughter about the Minnie Bunny promotion where you can get the plush for $16 with a purchase. I mentioned to my daughter that maybe we shouldn't get it because it says "Disney Store 2026" on Minnie's foot. My daughter jokingly said, "That's your sign not to get it." Out of nowhere, Joanne jumped in and said in a very irritated tone, "You're at the Disney STORE so of course it's going to say store." Her tone sounded annoyed and almost angry, which was strange because I wasn't even speaking to her or asking for her opinion. I calmly responded that I had other reasons, and she continued by saying, "When you go to Disneyland it will say 'land.'" The way she said it came across extremely rude. Later she held up the Minnie plush and asked very bluntly, "Do you want it?" I said no, that it was fine. When I went to pay, I tapped my card and asked if the payment went through. She replied with a snarky tone, "I don't know, I'm not on that side--read it." That's when I realized that she was just being mean for no reason. I stayed quiet, waited for her to restart the payment, and finished my purchase. I grabbed my bag and left feeling pretty annoyed. Looking back, I wish I had said something, because no customer deserves to be treated that way. If someone is having a bad day, I understand--but that doesn't mean taking it out on customers and ruining their experience. I was polite the entire time, and there was no reason for the attitude. The company should really speak with her so she understands the importance of being kind to customers. One day that kind of behavior could easily upset the wrong person. Her overall presentation and attitude clearly showed that she was unhappy, and unfortunately it made what should have been a fun Disney visit a negative experience.

Folks, this is an outlet store. So prices will be slightly less expensive than what's in the parks…read more& items will be considered 'out of season.' That's how outlet stores work! Very organized and very happy with how much they have to offer! I was recently at Disney and many of the same merchandise there is sold here! So it's a great place to shop right before hitting the parks. Growing up going to the Disney Store was fun, and this is a great alternative for the next generation. You still feel the Disney magic.

Got to the front of the line and asked very politely and calmly "do you have any Pokémon cards?" I was on a time crunch and trying to get a birthday present for my nephew before meeting them for dinner. The cashiers response was "I have to let the line die down before I can even check." I was very confused by this statement because as a customer myself, I waited in a line to even ask the question. There were other cards behind her, and I was confused as to why she couldn't turn around or look down. But I said okay no problem. I stepped off to the side and watched her help three people. People were still filing in and I had no problem. Then a woman who looked like a manager walked behind the cash register to break change, she asked the cashier what I was doing. They then started to whisper but I could hear the word "Pokémon" very clearly. The manager out loud goes oh no. Don't open the box. We don't open boxes until the weekend or Monday nights and then they both just stared at me. Feeling extremely uncomfortable and choosing to take the higher road (also on a time crunch) I left. Thanks for nothing :-) I too was a customer who waited in a line and will not support this business. I can't feel bad for brick and mortar book stores that end up closing due to choosing to lose business.

I explained my project and he seemed disinterested in the idea and gave short one word answered and walked away. Seemed to care more about sorting rocket engines and helping a customer who was looking at a new rc car than myself or my son. Went to ask someone else for help. Aiden listened to our ideas and we needed. He went to work to provide us with the materials we needed and was very kind to myself and my son Aiden single handedly saved our experience. From my observations the black polo shirt gentleman seemed to be management - where I think Aiden would have been a better manager. Hobby stores are hard to come by these days and this experience could have easily converted me to seek guidance online, however Aiden changed this. Please go to this store for Aiden. But avoid the guy in the black polo shirt belongs in the tool selection.

I rearranged my schedule and made time to come back based on what your staff told me. When I arrived today, I was told they still weren't out yet. When I asked if there was anything they could do since I was specifically instructed to come back at that time, the employee at the front basically acted indifferent and just said there was nothing they could do. I've been in retail for years, and entering inventory into a system is not some massive impossible task. This honestly came across as laziness and a complete lack of concern for customer satisfaction. Don't tell customers to come back at a specific time if you're not actually prepared to follow through. Traffic and gas prices in Southern California are terrible. People are spending real time and money to come support your business, so at least be considerate of that when making promises to customers. I understand inventory processing takes time, but communication and effort matter. A simple apology or attempt to help would have gone a long way. The store is large and packed with product, but there also weren't many customers there, which makes the lack of urgency even more frustrating. The owner should seriously consider improving management and customer service standards because experiences like this are exactly why customers stop coming back.

They tend to get long lines during sales but also tend to have quite the collection. The scents we used to love are still there seasonally. They have very colorful displays. The scents can easily become overpowering. I have several family members who refuse to go in because of the strong mixed smells. There is always a deal but you have to have the app to know what it is.
