At first, I couldn't have agreed with the other reviewers of this store more - cute finds for pretty cheap prices. The first time I went there, I liked a dress but couldn't try it on as the cashier informed me that they had no fitting rooms, BUT he assured me that the store has a 14 day no questions asked exchange policy so I shouldn't worry. As I was paying I saw that there was a small rip in the dress where the seams fell apart and pointed this out to the cashier, who immediately took $7 off my $23 dress. But when I went home and tried it on, it ended up being too big so the very next day, I took it back to the store, thinking I'll just exchange it for something else. I made 2 big discoveries that next day - 1) the store HAS A FITTING ROOM!! I surmise that i was told otherwise just the night before because the store was near closing time and they couldn't be bothered with something as trivial as customers, and 2) the cashier, who turned out was the manager of the store, flat out lied to me. He remembered me but REFUSED to let me exchange the dress on the grounds that he had given me a discount due to the ripped seams, and therefore the item was a final sale. Hearing that for the first time, I kindly reminded him of the situation - I was not allowed to try on the dress, I was explicitly told that I could exchange it for another item in the store, I could swear I was never told it was a final sale, and I was asking to exchange it for the $15 I paid for it less than 24 hours ago for another item IN HIS store! NO. That was the final answer. By then, it wasn't even a matter of the dress or the $15 anymore. It was only $15! I didn't care about that, but never in my life have I been lied to and had such an awful experience at a retail store. And by a MANAGER! I was just disgusted with what they call customer service. I wonder if that $15 was worth losing what would've otherwise been a repeat customer for life. Because for certain, that is ONE store I will never step foot into again.

My friend found a great, lightweight coat for early spring and fall. I found a couple of interesting cardigan-type sweaters/cover-ups. The store can be very disorganized. The line for the dressing room can get very long, but if you are seriously considering bringing something home, WAIT ON THAT LINE. There is an exchange policy, but no returns! And finally, when you get to the register, you can pick up boob squeezeballs or colored contact lenses. If you're looking for these things, this is actually a place to find them.

They have a small Etsy shop but the factory has a massive selection that was shown with the utmost pride and enthusiasm by the staff who clearly take pride in the work they do. They offered to take any flower I selected and put it on a stick pin, hair clip, and other backing. I ended up with 3 and had them add stick pins to wear on my lapel. All 3 stunning. They also do custom flowers made from your own materials. Talk about meaningful sentimental gifts. I will surly be back!

I came here in September with a very specific floral design detail in mind for a designer dress I was wearing to an award ceremony. I had no idea what to expect, other than what I'd read from previous reviews on Yelp. When I arrived, I was directed to the back area where all the silk flowers are housed, organized by color and material in aisles of neatly stacked boxes. As I began to search and take it all in (with SO many flower options, it can be overwhelming), a woman immediately asked if I had any questions or needed help. She began pulling out boxes of flowers that I was interested in and told me to just leave them out--she'd put them away, no problem. As I came closer to finalizing my little floral design, I asked a few of the ladies if I could get their opinion. This is when it got fun! They were SO personable and helpful, and TOTAL EXPERTS on their floral-design craft! One of the women began to arrange my picked-out flowers into a beautiful design that was exactly what I wanted. Rather than try to recreate the design by myself, they told me they could bind it all together to ensure the wires of the flowers don't show and so I could just pin/sew the flowers right onto my dress. And so they did it in about 45 minutes! The cost for it all was about $125, which is a bit more than I had anticipated spending, but honestly, it was all worth it! They wrapped the thing up for me in a box to ensure it wouldn't get smushed and wished me a wonderful time at the event.

Upon walking in there is a door chime that announces when someone walks in. We looked around and waited a few before Steve emerged from the back room. He greeted us and asked us what we were looking for and just like every other tuxedo shop commented on how early we are looking. (I'm sorry but my fiancé is very meticulous about what he wears and isn't a just shop up kind of guy) When we told him what we were looking for he pointed us to a particular tux that is new for the season. But also commented that something new may come out next year to just keep that in mind. The appearance of the store is a bit dated but he does have a decent selection to try from. The package prices are very reasonable as well. In all his customer service was superb and he is very knowledgeable about the market that he is in.
