AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Completely unacceptable way to run a business…read more I placed an order online for a new car key, paid for it, and then received absolutely no meaningful update about shipping. After waiting and seeing no movement on the order, I finally had to call them myself, multiple times, just to find out what was going on. Only then was I told there was apparently a "mistake" on their website and they didn't actually have the key I had already paid for. What I find most disturbing is that nobody contacted me to tell me this. They had my money, couldn't fulfill the order, weren't shipping anything, and apparently had no plan to proactively notify me or issue a refund. When I directly asked whether they were simply planning to keep my money indefinitely if I hadn't called, the person I spoke with couldn't even give me an answer. That's outrageous. Mistakes with inventory happen. What is NOT acceptable is taking a customer's money for a product you can't provide and then failing to contact them, update the order, or promptly refund their money. Had I not repeatedly followed up myself, I genuinely don't know how long they would have held onto my payment. The entire experience felt incredibly poorly managed and completely eroded my trust in this company. Based on my experience, I would absolutely not order from them again. Avoid this company and take your business somewhere that actually communicates with its customers and fulfills the orders it accepts payment for.
