Amazing service and great selection. Fuzziwigs is a large company, but this franchise makes it feel like a mom and pop shop. There's no other place I'd rather go to for my sweet tooth's needs!

As we left McCabe's, my spider sense was tingling. There was candy nearby! Glancing up, I noticed Fuzziwig's Candy Factory. Where did this come from? How long has it been here? Why wasn't I notified? I immediately dashed inside because I was running extremely low on gummi bears, gummi worms, gummi snails, gummi penguins, gummi chicken feet, gummi teeth, gummi sharks, gummi cows, gummi brains, gummi soda bottles, gummi pigs, gummi cherries, gummi flip-flops, and gummi mustaches at home. Oh yeah, and gum. Luckily I found everything on my list. Along with myriad other candy things on the wall of candy things. In all I ended up with a bag full of about 1.3 pounds of gummi stuff, which cost over $17. Expensive, yes, but where else could I have found all of that stuff?

Doesn't take Amex, selections/offerings is mediocre, and might as well get your candy at the movie theater for they charge.

Went here for the first time and wasn't impressed. Person working was not friendly. Some of the bulk bins were almost empty. Won't return.

Expensive candy, but friendly staff and they have amazing chocolate covered gummy bears. That's really all it takes for my family.

If I were a little kid I would be jumping up and down with joy if my parents took me here. The store was nicely organized and decorated to reflect the kind of store it is. Mint color is mostly seen throughout. Light wooden floors beautifully match the overall design of it. Might look somewhat high end at first glance that might get people interested in stepping in to explore. At least I got good service from the young male worker. He was pleasant and very helpful indeed. Still I don't think I will return. I know a handful chocolatiers in town that are more superior (in quality) than this. For chocolate, I seek nothing but quality. The 3 star review is for the clean environment and good service.

Their chocolate bars looked so good that I couldn't pick just one, so when I saw they had a pack of miniature bars of al the flavors, I had to get it! There were 8 different flavors with 2 of each, now that I have tried different flavors, I know my favorites and can buy those next time! They also had a huge selection of candy from other countries, I got the kit kats to surprise a friend because that is their favorite candy, and they were so amazing! When I saw the chocolate with alcohol I knew I wanted to try them! We had friends visiting, so it looked like it would be fun! They all have different alcohol and the rum ones were the best. I have never had alcohol in chocolate, so I guess it was not what I was expecting, it was liquid alcohol cased in chocolate. Can't believe it didn't melt the chocolate or make it mushy. They also had a big section of freeze-dried candy, like astronaut candy. We got the freeze dries skittles because my friend loves those, and I've never seen them anywhere else. They are such a unique texture, but they do not waver in taste. We also all got some truffles from their gaint case. They were all Devine and so many options it was hard to pick. This is the best candy shop I've been to in a long time, I highly recommend stopping by!

I want to start by saying that ALL Rocket Fizz (it is a franchise) have outstanding customer…read moreservice. I'm not sure if it is trained, or just the general personality disposition of people that decide to own one, but I have never been to a Rocket Fizz that has had poor or displeasing service. That out of the way, this particular shop really took the cake (or candy bar) in terms of excellent customers service! My family and I cannot express fully how kind, amazing, and attentive the staff was at this location. I know it may seem silly, but we talked about how great this candy team was for a good 30 minutes+ after we left. There are two specific instances I will bring up. 1.) My Daughter's Birthday Bonus! Now, they didn't know this, but my daughter doesn't get to go to Rocket Fizz very often but loves the store itself. She particularly loves the specialty sodas. Her favorite is called 'Unicorn Yack' (I know, it's grossly titled purposefully and is actually sweet and fruitful flavored). The last couple times we have been to other locations...we haven't been able to find it. My daughter was talking to me and brought up, almost rhetorically, that she wondered if they still made this. The Rocket Fizz Wizard (Rocket Fizzard?) overheard and asked what she was looking for. She mentioned it and they go, "I've got cold ones right here!" and showed her them and that they had extras on the shelf. She was so, so excited. We told her what a great birthday surprise! The Rocket Fizzard then said, "It's your birthday?" She said yes, and they told her and the cashier, that we should feel free to shop and everything we buy for her will be 10% off her special day. She - sincerely - shook with excitement. She felt so acknowledged and special...it really made her day. 2.) The Sign Situation A couple years ago we used to have a Rocket Fizz in my state (Iowa), but it closed. At one visit, my mom saw a sign there. Rocket Fizz, on top of candy, also sells quirky novelty metal signs and other eccentric items. She said she'd pick it up later, but never saw it again and then the store closed. I didn't realize how impactful this silly sign was, but apparently she looked for it every time we took my daughter to one in CO, ha. She told the Rocket Fizzard about it when they asked if she needed help finding anything. They knew the exact sign. They scoured the store looking for it, front and back. They returned and said they couldn't see it but knew - they've seen it somewhere. Apparently, Rocket Fizzard has two Rocket Fizzes in the area. They called the other store and asked their staff member to look. TA-DA! It was there! They told their staff member to please hold it, gave us directions to the second location (wasn't far), and also - a little aside I overheard - told their staff member thank you and how much they appreciate them (great, positive, boss...) 3.) A Little Note The Rocket Fizzard also had a name tag that prominently displayed their preferred pronouns. I thought that was a very kind and inclusive little way for all to be welcomed/accepted. NAMES/SHOUT OUTS: The Rocket Fizzard is played by: Adonay. I want to thank them, from the bottom of our candy hearts for providing us the BEST Rocket Fizz experience, and one of the best overall customer service experiences ever. I do not recall, but they may oversee both locations we went to this day. Either way, they are doing an excellent job. Isaac: Our cashier who was pleasant, fun to chat with, and also - great customer service Krissie: She actually works at Adonay's other shop (I didn't go in), but she held the sign for my mom, and she wanted to make sure I mention her because - again - great customer service. If it isn't clear, I highly recommend this place and will ab-so-lute-ly will be returning. Thanks!

There seemed to be a lot of basic "can get anywhere else" options and less of an atypical type of selection. I was greeted by one of the owners, Gonzo Jimenez (he was on Netflix's Bake Squad reality show) when I approached the counter. I ended up purchasing the following: White Chocolate Strawberry Swirl, $8.50 prior to tax and fees- Of the two bars that I purchased, this one was my favorite. I love white chocolate, especially when combined with fruit or peppermint or dark chocolate. This was a nice creamy bar that really complemented the strawberry flavors. I would purchase this bar again. The only down side is that this bar is thin and I think this bar is pricey for what it is. Pistachio Milk Chocolate Bar, $9.85 prior to tax and fees- According to Gonzo Jimenez, this bar is their take on the trendy Dubai chocolate. I was definitely disappointed with this bar. There really wasn't that much pistachio and a higher ratio of chocolate. This bar was just average for me and wouldn't purchase it again. ------------------------------------ (Total= $20.10 after tax and fees) There are numerous of chocolate desserts, chocolates, bars, etc that one can choose from at this little boutique. But they are a bit pricey, but that's because these are artisan chocolates and some are very pretty. Gonzo Jimenez did tell me that you can also purchase some of their items online, including the bars I purchased (shipping is extra but if you feeling extra spendy, if your order $150 then you can get free shipping).
