Absolutely a "mediocre at best" chocolatier that kind of disappointed me quality wise. The store is definitely cute. If I were a little kid I would be jumping up and down with joy if my parents took me here. The store was nicely organized and decorated to reflect the kind of store it is. Mint color is mostly seen throughout. Light wooden floors beautifully match the overall design of it. Might look somewhat high end at first glance that might get people interested in stepping in to explore. At least I got good service from the young male worker. He was pleasant and very helpful indeed. Still I don't think I will return. I know a handful chocolatiers in town that are more superior (in quality) than this. Walking around the mall and we had to stop here and check out the candy! They have such an amazing selection it was so hard to pick! Their chocolate bars looked so good that I couldn't pick just one, so when I saw they had a pack of miniature bars of al the flavors, I had to get it! There were 8 different flavors with 2 of each, now that I have tried different flavors, I know my favorites and can buy those next time! They also had a huge selection of candy from other countries, I got the kit kats to surprise a friend because that is their favorite candy, and they were so amazing! When I saw the chocolate with alcohol I knew I wanted to try them! We had friends visiting, so it looked like it would be fun! They all have different alcohol and the rum ones were the best. I have never had alcohol in chocolate, so I guess it was not what I was expecting, it was liquid alcohol cased in chocolate. Can't believe it didn't melt the chocolate or make it mushy. They also had a big section of freeze-dried candy, like astronaut candy. We got the freeze dries skittles because my friend loves those, and I've never seen them anywhere else. They are such a unique texture, but they do not waver in taste. We also all got some truffles from their gaint case. They were all Devine and so many options it was hard to pick. A little chaotic, but still sweet! Lolli and Pops had signs everywhere asking their customers to wear masks and practice social distancing. They also limited the amount of customers coming in and out of the store. They asked everyone to use hand sanitizer and a glove if you are picking out candy with their reusable jars! Even though they were limiting the amount of customers coming in and out, it still felt a little crowded because all of the shelves and tables in the middle of the room limited the walking space for others. Normally, with the reusable jar, you would be able to fill the jar up to the top and they would charge you half-price; because of Covid, they are giving you a plastic bags, a glove, and asking you to fill it up to 1 pound (if that's the size of your jar). I was able to walk around and use the serving utensils they normally have out. They have such a large variety of candy it's so hard to choose from! When we got home my friend and I decided to put the candy in the jar just for that cute photo opportunity! I cannot wait to go back and more sweet treats! read more

I love that they have a great range of products, from old timey candies to handcrafted chocolates and even popular treats from the UK and Australia. (Try the Violent Crumble and thank me later!) I like the large bulk candy section where you can choose your own bag of goodies. As an adult, I do wish they had some healthier options though, for example, vegan chocolates and sugar-free choices. This visit we were on the hunt for candy from our childhood memories. Well, we found it and then some! I was surprised they carry Harry Potter candy. I even found a chocolate wand!‍ Halloween night we were reminiscing about candy cigarettes for some reason and guess what my other half spied on one display table? This shop also carries sodas. This is a cool little sweets shop on the upper floor of the Park Meadows Mall. It has an old fashioned look to it and they have candy and other items from all over the world. I like to go in this store and look around even if I'm not buying anything just to see if they have anything new and interesting, which is almost everytime! Nice place. Been here many times. Workers are always nice. They have a massive array of candy, chocolate, truffles, macarons, and sodas, including those weird ones like bacon and pb&j. Three years ago, I wanted to go to a high school party and bring a fake beer bottle to make it look like I was drinking, so I searched everywhere for a fake-looking bottle, including downtown and Target, which had non-alcoholic bottles, but when I tried to buy them, they threatened to call the cops bc I was underage even tho the bottles didn't actually have alcohol. So I came to Lolli & Pops and they had exactly what I needed; I just had to peel the sticker off the bottle and I was ready for my first party. What made this candy store different than others? The fact that it's not all cramped together in one petite space. There are three big rooms with all kinds of wonderfully displayed sweets. Yes, they carry Asian candy, and yes, it is great. They also have the jumbo gummy bears and also the big display in the front of pastries. Many of the staff also educated us on their many fizzy drinks they have, and their wonderful jawbreakers. We are a huge fan of the sweet tooth concept and crave for some more! We loved the beautiful in blue walls, the calm music and the candy brands we actually want! It's totally not random like other shops i've visited in the past. I've been to similar candy store in Boulder, San Francisco, Chicago and LA and don't remember any of them being quite this pricey. I get it, it's in a mall and overhead is expensive in malls. Bought a few individual chocolates from the case, 4 items to be exact and it was nearly $12. Worse than the price is they were very mediocre, I'd even say one of the pieces was stale. I have found Nirvana, and it resides upstairs at Park Meadows Mall. The Boy and I were wandering the mall aimlessly, killing time before a planned event. The plan was basically for me to window shop while he played Pokemon Go. We almost passed by Lolli and Pops, but he saw my longing expression and asked if I wanted to go in. This place is like the Willy Wonka Chocolate Factory for adults. The front of the store is stocked with every kind of specialty and high end candy you can think of front gourmet chocolates to complexly flavored caramel popcorn to a multitude of rice crispy treat options (this one hooked The Boy - he grabbed a s'mores one). They've also got a good selection of classics like moon pies, goobers, and Abba Zabba, along with European and Asian specialties. Another shelf was dedicated to gourmet honeys (and I took the opportunity to grab a bunch of flavored straws as the are pretty hard to find). The back end of the store is the most impressive bulk selection I've ever seen. Chocolate-covered-everything, gummies, hard candies, licorice... just an embarrassment of variety. You can buy a jar and fill it however you choose. The price of the jar is per fill: you can buy a one time fill, and multi-use fill, or the very enticing "forever" jar - one fill per week for a year! On top of all that, they've got a counter with gourmet single serve confections like fudge, truffles, and caramels. I grabbed a lavender caramel as well as a strawberry balsamic caramel. Oh, and there's also a fridge behind the counter with all kinds of single bottles of soda of all shapes and sizes. The service was excellent. The girl who was helping us was quick to offer samples of anything we wanted to try and offered up suggestions for her favorites as well. All this comes at a price. There are few items in the store that are under $5, and the fill jars start at around $12 and go up from there. Our two caramels, six honey sticks, and rice crispy treat cost us just over $10. In my opinion, WELL WORTH IT. Everything was incredible, and the experience of spending 30 minutes ogling that massive selection, mostly of candy I've never seen before was just pure joy. We are seriously considering the cheapest forever jar option just so we can visit on a weekly basis. read more

All the workers are dressed old fashioned kind of a Mary Poppins look, and they are all so friendly and helpful ! Inside is an array of artisan chocolates by different artist as well as macarons. Then all kinds of familiar childhood candy ; cotton candy, popcorn, rice Krispy treats, lollipops, taffy. Also a soda case with different kinds of fancy sodas. Then the next room is a chocolate heaven ! It's a fill your bag/ jar, theme with over 20 options of chocolate covered treats! Finally in the back room it's a gummy bear arena . Sour gummies, gummy bears, cherries, worms, sour strips, every flavor of gummies ! You will never not be able to find something you would like ! Also cute birthday jars, mason jars, and just plain bags to bag your own candy ! Up at the gourmet case there is all sorts of fancy chocolates and candy from all different chocolatiers. Caramels like passion fruit or applewood bacon are small and airbrushed beautifully !! Then truffles and marzipan Animals and veggies that look to pretty to eat ! Unfortunately they sold out of macarons on opening day ! But the shipment is coming in soon ! They said it was a huge hit and I can't wait to try them ! Im a teen girl and get wanting to dress cute at work, however crop tops showing your entire stomach isn't appropriate for work! As well as sweat pants and grungy clothing. Disappointed with our experience today. While the candy is great the customer service is not. Not once were we checked on while shopping and the employees care more about socializing at the register than actually checking you out. We were being checked out by saloni and she would much rather chat with the 3 girls just standing behind the counter than interact with customers. My son and I visited the store at Park Meadows mall this afternoon. We added some chocolate covered gummy bears and some sour watermelon gummy bears to a bag and weighed it at the scale in the back of the store next to the giant gold gummy bear statue. The scale clearly showed 0.34. We went directly up to the cash register without adding anything to the bag where she weighed it herself and it came out 0.46. When I asked about it, she said "well that scale in the back must be broken". When I told her it felt a little like a bait and switch and like false advertising, she just stood there silently. No offer to do anything to make the transaction feel more honest. I almost thought about not purchasing the candy, but didn't want to disappoint my son. I'm sorry, but that's just unacceptable. The scales throughout the store need to be correct and reflect the correct weight of the product. It feels very disingenuous to have the customer scale reflect one weight and then magically have the package weigh more, and thus cost more, at the register. It doesn't exactly make me want to shop there again. read more

At the expense of sounding a bit silly, there is just something magical about coming into Lolli and Pops for candy. From the unique and varied candy selection (including quite a few special flavors I have only been able to find there), to the old-time charm of the staff and aesthetics; Lilli and Pops is a unique and enjoyable candy shopping experience. This past weekend I went in to grab some Halloween candy, their special made Black Cherry and Orange gummy bears were flavorful, whereas the sour bats had just the right amount of sour-sugar on top. We also picked up a couple of Irish Cream truffles, because chocolate, and those were well-filled and worth the money. To top it all off, the prices are reasonable and they even have a large variety of soft drinks that are not readily available elsewhere. I got home and realized that I paid full price for everything. So, if you are shopping, make sure prices ring up correctly. When I was checking out, I was taken aback by being asked "Do you want a bag?" and then "Do you need the receipt?" This is such a great candy store! It has an old school vibe and unique candies ans soda that would be exceedingly difficult to find elsewhere. I love that you can purchase things that are prettily packaged for gifts or stockings, but that they also have bulk candy available to heap sour gummies into a plastic bag to eat while you shop. Something for everyone! They also have a counter with chocolate truffles, etc. like you would find at Godiva. I cannot speak to the quality of the chocolate since I have not tried it myself, but they are beautifully presented. I purchased two chocolate truffles shaped like bunnies for someone as a gift. I wish I would have read the review before me about the macarons! I bought one as a special treat in addition to some novelty candy and truffles for family. I'll admit I'm spoiled and have had some truly wonderful macarons before, but this was the worst cookie I've had in my life period. The filling was unyielding, and the texture of the cookie part was terrible, chewy and tasteless. Use your macaron money at Whole Foods to get an ok one. This was terrible. Great specialty shop. They have a huge variety of candies and chocolates. I come here almost every time I visit park meadows and I'm never disappointed. They have a great little Harry Potter collection that I adore! The sour candy is mainly in the back of the store. It's sectioned off well so it doesn't get too crowded although sometimes there's a big crowd inside. It is a bit overpriced but it's still great candy. I would recommend coming here! read more

Great candy shop with with items from around the world. Been to locations in other states before. I always stop in to get curly wurlys. However they have horrific customer service some days. Today I am standing in line to check out. 3 registers in the store but only a single one in use. Line of over 20 people waiting to check out. Manager came out after customers complained and told her employee there was nothing she could do to help the problem - everyone just had to wait. And promptly went back into the back room. I've been in line long enough to have my daughter do all her shopping and then I wrote this review. Still 5 more people left in front of me to check out and a new 15 behind me. Great store that won't last if they don't figure out how to accept people's money quickly.
