But, oh no - it wasn't ready - so I had to eat multiple samples, breath the mouthwatering scent of chocolate and break down and buy my own candy. Ronnie was so sweet (no pun intended), patient and helpful. I never felt judged as I moved down the display case having him fill my bag. Then, when no more would fit, I ended my binge. Ronnie rang me up with a smile and it was time to leave.

Absolutely a "mediocre at best" chocolatier that kind of disappointed me quality wise…read more The store is definitely cute. If I were a little kid I would be jumping up and down with joy if my parents took me here. The store was nicely organized and decorated to reflect the kind of store it is. Mint color is mostly seen throughout. Light wooden floors beautifully match the overall design of it. Might look somewhat high end at first glance that might get people interested in stepping in to explore. At least I got good service from the young male worker. He was pleasant and very helpful indeed. Still I don't think I will return. I know a handful chocolatiers in town that are more superior (in quality) than this. For chocolate, I seek nothing but quality. The 3 star review is for the clean environment and good service.

Their chocolate bars looked so good that I couldn't pick just one, so when I saw they had a pack of miniature bars of al the flavors, I had to get it! There were 8 different flavors with 2 of each, now that I have tried different flavors, I know my favorites and can buy those next time! They also had a huge selection of candy from other countries, I got the kit kats to surprise a friend because that is their favorite candy, and they were so amazing! When I saw the chocolate with alcohol I knew I wanted to try them! We had friends visiting, so it looked like it would be fun! They all have different alcohol and the rum ones were the best. I have never had alcohol in chocolate, so I guess it was not what I was expecting, it was liquid alcohol cased in chocolate. Can't believe it didn't melt the chocolate or make it mushy. They also had a big section of freeze-dried candy, like astronaut candy. We got the freeze dries skittles because my friend loves those, and I've never seen them anywhere else. They are such a unique texture, but they do not waver in taste. We also all got some truffles from their gaint case. They were all Devine and so many options it was hard to pick. This is the best candy shop I've been to in a long time, I highly recommend stopping by!

Dulceria is a pinata store. And yes, I was in need of a pinata for a young friend's birthday party…read more Prices range from $15.00 - $25.00 for an unfilled pinata and then you buy candy and toys by the pound. There is also a wall filled with bags of candy from Mexico if you do not like what is in the "by the pound" section. I bought a white horse with pink mane and tail pinata which I thought was the cutest but if you are into super heroes, Disney, and Miley Cyrus there are tons of pinatas of that genre as well. If you are not familiar with the pinata game, it goes like this: 1) Tie pinata to a rope and throw rope over the branch of a tree so that the handler can raise and lower the pinata. 2) Give all adults margaritas 3) Blindfold birthday child and hand them a baseball bat 4) Handler then lower and raises pinata while child swings at it with the voice help of their friends. After 3 swings, blindfold another child. 5) Eventually the pinata will be shredded when all children have had a chance to hit it and all adults have had a margarita or two and all the kids jump on the pile of candy and toys that fall out of pinata Lots of fun and not as much of an accident ready to happen as it sounds.

Upon entering, I was greeted warmly and shown where the 50th cards are. The store is clean and well stocked. Why the 3 stars? Well, upon checking out, the employee was most likely prompted by the register as to how much to take off because of my BOGO Free coupon. I showed her that it explicitly says I can choose any Hallmark card and that the lesser-value was free. She then called over another employee who I assumed was the MOD as she had unlocked the store before opening hours. They both read the T&Cs and the MOD stated that they're usually only valued at $2.99 or $3.99 off, but said that since the coupon didn't explicitly say, they were going to give me $3.99. When I pointed once again that I could choose any card and the lesser would be free, they doubled down and said that the most they give is $3.99. I just don't under why a customer is held to T&Cs but the store is not.
