My name is Joey C. Although my daughter had a rough start with service department at Future Kia of Clovis on Friday, April 23rd, 2021, Micheal, the GM of the store, was able to resolve the issue in a timely and very professional manner. My daughter called me and expressed her disagreement of how the service department had handled a certain transaction. Since she is my only child, i will protect her and help her with any issue where she is mistreated, as i believe most fathers would do. After my discussion with my daughter, i immediately sent an email that same day to Future Kia of Clovis requesting an immediate response in order to discuss the issue my daughter encountered in the service department. Since it was a Friday, i did not expect a response until the following Monday. However, within 5 minutes, Micheal, the GM, called me and we were able to discuss the issue amicably and a satisfactory resolution was agreed to. Although each customer issue is unique, and, sometimes, may not be resolvable, Micheal handled my daughters issue with great professionalism and tremendous empathy. I am very pleased with Micheal's professionalism and his desire to resolve the issue not only in a timely manner but with great understanding and empathy towards my daughter. My daughter will continue her service appointments at Kia of Clovis, but, i think i will be there with her the next time, though. I highly recommend your next used or new car purchase at Future Kia of Clovis. Aaron, sales manager, and Steven, sales person, will walk you through the sales process with no pressure and with great, friendly customer service, as they did with my daughter when she purchased her car. read more

We brought in my daughter's 2005 Kia for a 60,000 mile service on Tuesday May 31st, 2011. For all intents and purposes the service went well. The service area was clean and they had the game on with a pot of coffee that was actually half-way decent. I mean, it wasn't Peets but what do you expect at a car dealership? I will tell you what we expect: we expect good service, an honest assessment of what we need, and great pricing. Since we have the 100,000 extended warranty we thought the service was free, but it turns out that only the maintenance package covers the factory required 60,000 mile major service. Well we did not buy the maintenance package, so we had to shell out of pocket for the service. After we realized that this would be on us to pay, and made a bit of uncomfortable silence amongst ourselves, the manager (I think his name was Tracy, but that doesn't make total sense, so I might be wrong) took a look at the bill (which was roughly 600 dollars) and said he could get some of the things for us for free. After they were done with the car (took about three hours, we went out to lunch at the Colorado Grill in Clovis and to see a movie I will review that place separately my friends), they had taken over $200 off of the cost of the service and saved us the money we had spent at lunch and the movies! We are not local to Clovis, but our daughter is at Fresno State and with all of the miles she puts on her car to see us in Nor Cal and her sistes in So Cal we will certainly be back to Kia Clovis. read more

This was by far the best experience I've ever had a dealership. Ricardo one of the salesman there at Kia was very polite and courteous and help answer all my questions which led me to buying a car. In the process I got to meet the sales manager Aaron. Aaron was very aggressive in getting everything done we need to get done to make the deal possible. Not only did he get me financed with a great rate and into the car that I wanted but with the extra mile and really worked with my financial situation and got me into the payment I needed. I recommend this dealership to any and all people who are looking to buy a car or truck or SUV. With all that being said the most important thing I need to say is I tried getting this done in my own community which is in visalia ca and unfortunately was not able to do So. I had mentioned the name future Kia of Clovis and was told they would not be able to get the job done. So I made the trip to Clovis California to Future Kia of Clovis And could not of been more impressed with the outcome. Thanks to Ricardo and Aaron and the whole sales team my experience was wonderful and greatly appreciated thank you guys. read more

I connected with a representative of this dealership from their website inquiring about a vehicle in their inventory. The rep sent me a link to the car listing for the vin number I provided that listed all the car info and the price. When I confirmed that was the car I was interested in I scheduled an appointment to purchase it later that day. On a personal note, I had to find a babysitter for my newborn baby and my husband drove two hours to meet me at this dealership. When We arrived at the dealership they showed us the vehicle, offered a test drive, etc. when we sat down to talk numbers the sales rep told us the car was actually TEN THOUSAND DOLLARS more expensive than the price listed in the ad. And that was BEFORE taxes and fees--I even showed him the screen shots of the listing and price the online rep had sent me for that exact vehicle. When he brought the issue to the manager, the manager wouldn't honor the price they had sent to me earlier that same day. Textbook false advertising, shady sales practices. Shameful. read more

I couldn't be more happy and grateful to Kia of Clovis Services Department. I was worried about my car's warranty because the mileage was coming up in less than 200 miles before it expired. Brian answered all my questions and didn't make me feel like I was annoying him, even though I called multiple times when I had another question. They stayed on top of everything and followed through with their words. Steve was able to assist me via chat and arranged for a courtesy shuttle that picked me up from work to get my vehicle, which was completed only a few hours after I dropped it off. I am especially thankful to Brian and his technicians for working with me and my crazy circumstance that allowed me to still use my vehicle when I especially needed it the most and then was able to still use my warranty to get my vehicle fixed! They really made me feel like an important customer, even though I did not purchase my car from their dealership. Next time, I already know where I'll be buying another car. Thanks Future Kia of Clovis!!! read more

Be it known that Gabriel Salazar should be appointed as the next Ambassador of Goodwill for the entire Kia Corporation worldwide. I live in South Florida, my nineteen year old Grandson Jake, attends Fresno City College over 2800 miles from our home. Yesterday his car was towed to Future Kia of Covis due to a flat tire. We were blessed to be serviced by an "Earth Angel" by the name of Gabriel. Even though his afternoon was full with scheduled appointments, he was kind, courteous, and compassionate enough to find a way to help my Grandson who was feeling down and alone so far away from home. While I was on a three-way conversation with my son Jayson, and his son Jayson Jr, I could hear Gabriel in the background assuring my Very Special Grandson everything would be all right. I appreciated that !! God willing, when I get a chance to visit Jake at school, I definitely plan to visit Gabriel and give him a handshake of Gratitude. Peace and blessings, Mac read more

I just bought a Kia K5 about 5 months ago and have had a number of intermittent issues, the biggest are the air conditioning and electric locks. It's about 1 out of 5 times that they don't work, I explained this too them. After having my car for 2 days they told me that these issues plus a handful of other issues I had told them about didn't exist. In essence they tried numerous times and the issues never occurred so I could come pick up my car. Made 1 stop after I picked up car and ironically the air not working. I guess I have to pray on every hot day in Fresno that my air comes on. My advisors main concern was to inform me how though it's under warranty all the ways that they could still charge me. I've bought numerous cars and never had a service department that really showed no care about your impression of their service. Stay away from Kia clovis, if your debating between 2 makers pick anyone over Kia. read more

I was very nervous looking to buy a car for the first time. However as soon as I met with Mike, I felt very comfortable. Mike was very understanding on what type of car I was looking for and most importantly he kept in mind my budget. Unlike many salesmen stereotypes, Mike was one to prove those stereotypes wrong. He never pressured me and thoroughly answered all my questions. When it came to completing the contract, Quinton took his time in explaining the terms at a comfortable pace. He was amazing about keeping me in the loop and also clearing out any of my doubts. Future Kia was able to offer me a better deal than what my bank was offering. I honestly didn't think they would be able to beat that offer, but they did! I cannot stress how comfortable the staff at Future Kia made me feel, especially Mike! read more

It was a true pleasure dealing with Roy at Future KIA of Clovis. He treated my Mom and me with the type of customer service, respect, and support we are accustomed to receiving. We also enjoyed the fact he went over and above to ensure we were able to pre-order the SUV exactly how she wanted it. It is nice to know that as a customer, it is still possible to find a person in sales that will treat you as a person rather than just another sale or number. My Mom is looking forward to a lasting relationship not only with Future KIA but also with Roy. I highly suggest that if you are in the market for a new vehicle to visit Future KIA and visit with Roy...you will not leave dissatisfied. read more

I came in to have my new Fusion serviced and while waiting I decided to take a look at the used cars for my daughter. I had looked at other dealerships and left unhappy each time. As I was looking Tony Ramirez came out and greeted me with a smile and a handshake eager to help me find what I wanted and needed. I was so happy that I brought my daughter back the next day but the car I was looking at had been sold. Tony found me a better car at the price I wanted. Thank you Tony! My daughter is very happy. I will definitely recommend your dealership and especially Tony to anyone looking for a car. I also want to thank Russ Allison in the Finance Dept. He is Awesome! Thanks Again! read more

We picked up my new Stinger January 1st, and hadn't been able to use the UVO app, after many calls to UVO, Kia with no help... we finally at my second service at Future Kia were able to get some assistance. Service was great and helpful he told us that sales should've set it up when we purchased... long story short Roy was the 3rd person to try and get my app working and he literally would NOT stop until he fixed it!! He not only fixed it but also taught me so many things about my car (mind you I've now owned it for 9 months)!! We will definitely be seeing Roy to purchase our next set of cars!! Hopefully he's as awesome in Sales as he is in Customer Service!! read more

I would give Kia of Clovis zeroooo stars if I could. I called made an appointment to come in. When i spoke to the gentleman over the phone he said my battery is covered for 36 months or 36,000 miles. I get here & suddenly its only covered for 2 years. My car battery is completely dead. They could care less, just literally walked off & I have been sitting in the hot weather waiting for my father to bring a battery to replace mine. Not one person has asked of im ok or offered me water. They will NEVER get my business again. My car is a 2015 & I was contemplating buying an SUV here in the near future, but I will definitely be going elsewhere!!! read more

We have a 2011 Kia Optima. These cars are superb btw. I have had a few issues here and there, it happens. So long as the vehicle is under warranty they stand behind them. On the few occasions we have had issues the service department has been top nothch. I failed to mention we DID NOT buy our car there, yet they still honor the warranty as a Kia dealer. We have had a total of 3 Kia's including this one. Our old 95 Kia is still out front and intended for our eldest child's 1st car. The people in the service department are top-notch and I leave feeling they truly care about us and our problems. read more

Best experience ever buying a car. Oscar, our sales person was professional and very knowledgeable on KIA products. He did not pressure us or make us feel as if we were wasting his time (I went home to discuss the deal with my husband). We I came back with my husband, the next day, to close the deal he also felt Oscar's ultimate goal was that we would be happy walking out that day whether we bought a car or not. Marcus in Finance was also very professional and explained everything in our contract and made sure we understood it all. Best part: he got us out of there quickly and on our way. read more

After a few years of building my credit I was finally able to purchase my own vehicle. For my first vehicle purchase, I could not have been any more satisfied. Future Kia made my entire visit feel calm (which was a big deal for me since I can not deal with pushy salesman) and all the employees there were great people. Special thanks to Oscar who made my first buying experience great! I will recommend to all my friends and family and send them your way buddy! Thanks again Future Kia for a great first time experience! read more

Don't recommend them They have the worst customer service I have experienced in my life so far. They always try to cheat you with parts, service, even oil change. Eventually when i first walked in to buy a car I wanted the forte gt but they fucking sold me the Gt-line and when i talked with the manger three days later he said " sorry we can't do nothing about it but come back next year and will trade for the new one even though my car is 2020. Cars are great but customer service is the worst. read more

I worked with Derek Jones and all I can say is wow. Amazing communication skills and so nice. He was not pushy at all instead gave us so many information and we felt so comfortable working with him. This is my second time buying a car and this was the best experience compared to my first car purchase. I would recommend Derek and Kia clovis to anyone looking for a car Because everyone here is amazing !! thank you to Mike the GM for also coming out and explaining everything. Great job guys!! read more

The Kia dealership provides a very welcoming environment. Brad Craig was the sales associate who helped us. He was able to find me the car of my dreams and get us at the price we really needed. He was extremely helpful and accommodating by allowing main communication through email, which was great for our needs. I would highly recommend shopping at this dealership to anyone because I have now had two great purchases completed there. Thank you Brad for making it all work for us! read more
