When Chris first came by we kind of brushed him off at first but he followed up in a very professional manner and explained how we could go solar without putting any money down. He gave us the options for both purchasing and leasing the equipment and for our situation we decided to lease. They said customer service is their focus and I can attest. Excellent! They installed our system in one day and took about 5 weeks from initial signing. They said it could take a few months, so i was pretty excited. I'm happy with the process and I look forward my savings. Thanks Chris and Dvinci Team!

We were looking for a PV system with a storage solution that wouldn't take up too much space…read more Bluesel proposed a system that was much more compact than what other vendors suggested, and so we went with them even though they were more expensive. Signed the contract in August 2018, work started December 17, 2018 and stopped after 1 day. The crew came back January 15 and completed the install of the panels. Installation of the battery took a roughly a month, and the work schedule was sporadic and unpredictable. The battery and connected systems took up a lot more space than we had been led to believe. I am not an electrician, so I can't really judge the quality of the work performed, but I am fairly sure that the junction boxes in our attic should have been closed, rather than expose blank wires. So I have some doubts about the rest of the work. During the initial setup of the battery, the people from Bluesel triggered the emergency shutdown 5 times because they had never installed a battery before. When they couldn't explain the system to the inspector, he shut down everything, and we had to go before the state board. Since the people from Bluesel were insufficiently prepared for each meeting, it took three monthly meetings until the system was finally cleared. We finally started to generate electricity mid of July 2019. The battery has been an utter waste of money - on average, for every 10 kWh I put in, I can discharge 4 kWh, so an efficiency of about 40%. Under optimal conditions my round trip efficiency is 60%. This is far below the 85%+ promised in the sales literature. Our power company offers net metering, and I am wondering why I wasted our money on a battery. I have called and emailed Bluesel multiple times about this, but there has been no response.

Probably the worst contractor experience I have ever had. Save yourself the trouble. It's a shame…read morebecause their equipment is the best and most efficient on the market. I did months of research and comparison and saw they *had* great reviews and went with them but it went from bad to worse. -My system was supposed to be installed in July, never happened and no communication. I understand the tax incentive ends 12/31/25 due to the Bill from July but I signed my contract 4/15/25, much before that. -I had a long talk with someone on the phone in August and they promised communication would be better, it wasn't. I ALWAYS give a business a chance to resolve the issue before I post a review. -Team was super rude to me saying things like 'just be glad you're not delayed further' and never returning my phone calls. -I was not even told when the install was happening nor about the process i.e. how many days, that power would be off etc. I started a new job the week of my install so losing power (without being told it was going to happen) was an even larger issue -I kept being told I didn't have to be home but I most certainly did. -When I FINALLY was told about next steps after install I was told there would be one inspection, but it turns out there was three. They told me 'each town has different regulations' and that was why. I am not sure how they didn't know my town regulations. -Because of the delays I was worried that I would not meet the deadline and I called the town inspector myself since your team told me they were the hold up. The town inspector said they never heard from anyone about my address. At which point your team scolded me to calling him. -Then once PTO was granted, my system wasn't turned out and it seemed like they never planned to send anyone out to do it, I had to email to get someone out to actually turn it on. -They are telling me I cannot enroll in solar programs because it would be more $ and delay install, however, looking at the programs that does not seem to be the case. -They ran right into a tree in my yard and took down a massive branch during a delivery and refuse to take responsibility because it was a delivery company they use and not them. However, I did not hire this delivery company, they are responsible for their subcontractors. I will say Jereme is the only person there who seems to know what he is talking about. When I finally started to talk to him at the end of the process, he was helpful.
