Rude, rude, and rude! That was my experience the first times I ever went here when I moved to the area 7 years ago, and had sworn off ever coming back. However I have recently started helping Lakeside House clients, who often request stops to this place. The business's workers' attitudes seemed to have improved, but today that was all proven a facade. Today I got 3 small containers of food, watching the lady ring them up. They rung up as $5.?? each, for the total to then magically bounce up an unexplained extra $5 for a total of $20. The lady had a plastic bag ready, then decided not to bag them last second. When I asked for it, she told me I should have brought my own bag!! When literally other customers in store were given bags, as were my buddies, no issues given. Worse, they treat their customers like crap across the board indirectly! They refuse to allow *paying* customers to use the Wi-Fi in a *known* dead zone, strangely at this location specifically. They have several different hostile and unwelcoming signs/ messages everywhere outside the building. Just one of them being "10 minute parking only!" So if they take longer than 10 minutes to make your sandwich, they also gonna threaten to tow!!!?? The only reason I imagine people go here is to get stuff no one else in town has, like specialty snacks and beers I've also personally never seen elsewhere. The men have been somewhat nicer, but still can't even get a smile, ever. Someone needs to get rid of miserable rude granny, and while at it get the whole place's behavior to shape up. Stumbled upon this place in between destinations on a day trip. We were surprised at how clean and accommodating the staff was with our large group ordering a whole lunch. All of the food was prepared as we ordered and was made in a very timely fashion. Would definitely recommend if you're looking to grab something on the go or even a quick lunch. read more

Stopped by to get some supplies like snacks and drinks. They had a great selection of alcoholic drinks and even interesting NA ones! It looked like they had pretty good hot food, but did not get to try any. Beyond that, the service was exceptional! Ruby was working at the counter and was delightful to talk to, and gave us awesome recommendations for what to do while we were in town. Her service alone will bring us back soon for another round of supplies! read more

Driving through Saranac lake and were lucky enough to stop here for sandwiches. Excellent selection, tons of snacks and sandwiches to choose from. The people running the place are incredibly kind, helpful and made a quick stop surprisingly enjoyable! Will definitely be stopping in again if we find ourselves in the area! read more

Convenience place with sandwiches to order, which has decent coffee and a few unusual for the overpriced backwoods (well, as much as Saranac Lake is the backwoods these days) pseudo-deli market. Friendly chipper staff, though, which is a plus, and easy in and out parking thither and yon. They had some gluten-free snacks, if that's of interest to you. Local deli with good selection of beer (including local beer selections), chips, sandwiches to order and various necessities. Ordering sandwiches is as simple as filling out a slip with your bread, meat, condiment and extra selections, adding your name and waiting for your sandwich to be prepared and your name called. Service was fast and efficient. Sandwiches were average and bread (hero roll) was of a soft, bagged, mediocre variety. Seating available outside in warmer months. Walked in to buy beer as they have a decent selection. Not a single beer is price marked but I grabbed a four pack of local, craft brew and headed to the counter. To my shock and awe, $22 popped up on the register!! I left the beer and walked out. Their apparent grift is ripping off unsuspecting tourists who are too timid or proud to walk away. After over a year of Covid, this is how these guys welcome tourists back to town? The Mobil quick mart down the road has a decent beer selection, all price marked and transparent, at market pricing. read more

Very disappointed in our sub we ordered from here today. We filled out a "ticket" when we placed our order and checked off everything we wanted on it. (Which was only 6 items) Once we got out on the lake we took it out for lunch and there were only 3 items of the 6 on the grinder. No oil and vinegar, no banana peppers and no onions. All they put on it was ham, cheese and lettuce. We couldn't eat any of it because it was so dry. I could understand if we verbally placed our order, but they had the ticket with everything checked off right in front of them while making it. If they didn't have any of the items they should have told us so we weren't eating a dry, tasteless grinder. I would not go back! read more

We were out in Saranac Lake, looking for a good meal and came upon Fusion Market. Having had a bad experience at another deli in town we were hesitant at first, but the prices at this establishment were far lower than the place we had eaten at before, so we decided to give it a try. The food was amazing, not only that but they had this cute little section that was full of different Indian cuisine and probably one of the biggest beer selections I've ever seen. We'll definately be going back there next time we're in town! read more
