I placed my order at 1:05, and the website said it could be up to a 30 minute wait, but they'd have it as soon as possible. I ended up getting my food at 1:38. I arrived to the restaurant about a quarter after, so I knew I'd be waiting awhile, but not that long. I ordered one bowl, nothing crazy. The restaurant had probably no more than 6 tables the entire time I waited. The majority of those tables had their food prior to my arrival. I truly don't really understand how it takes 30 minutes to prep this bowl. It's been similar experiences with wait time each time I've purchased food here. Again, the food is always extremely good and staff are pleasant, but the wait time (and somewhat the price) is starting to become a deterrent.
