Plot twist -- even the non-vegan option arrives as a full-on sampler platter with a veggie dish included. My plate came stacked: fluffy basmati rice, rich butter chicken(top middle), tender chicken tandoori (top left), a hearty vegetable curry (top right), three massive slices of fresh naan, and a little dessert to finish things off. All for fifteen bucks. Fifteen! It's easily one of the best lunch deals downtown. Everything was hot, fresh, and packed with flavor -- except the dessert (bottom middle), which was cold(because it's supposed to be, but still super tasty. Zayka absolutely delivers on bold, authentic Indian cuisine at a price point that just feels unfair to everyone else. Vegetarian options like palak paneer and chana masala were also very good and didn't feel like filler. Everything tasted authentic and carefully prepared. The only strange part was the service.
