This is a couple months old. I ate at this Fusian in mid December 2019. I got horrible food poisoning. 102 fever, chills, etc...the works. I got a custom salad bowl with kale and chicken, and crispy shrimp. I honestly think it was the kale and chicken salad with either undercooked chicken, unsafe temps for food, or something with the kale. This was a first for me. Never again. read more

The Chipotle style sushi place. My custom tuna roll was $8 and 12 pieces. Great tuna. Soup and salad was good. Great quality for a quick bite. They have bowls and grilled chicken for non fish people. Tempura shrimp too. read more

Attention all Sushi lovers....... This place is too cool. A chipotle style concept where instead of creating a custom burrito, you make your own sushi. They also have premade sushi rolls if you don't want to create your own. Also, for those who may not like raw fish or just seafood in general, this place has alternatives for you such as steak and chicken. If you don't care for seaweed, they offer soy wraps as well. They have a peanut butter and jelly sushi roll and it is awesome! It is a great mixture of flavor and texture. The reason I'm giving this restaurant only 4 stars is because of their beverage selection. They don't carry soda (pepsi/coke products) and the lemonade and teas that they carried were all flavored. (Ie: agave lemonade and lavender lemonade) I'm more of a purist in the sense that I like my lemonade to taste like lemons. All in all, this place is fantastic at what they do, it is quick and reasonably priced. Can't wait to return! read more

This place is extremely legit. I loved the fact that you could make your own sushi rolls and the ingredients were great quality. Their ginger dressing is some of the best I've ever had. The portion sizes are perfect and the prices are very reasonable. Loved it!!! read more

Who doesn't like making their own sushi. You can pick all your favorite stuff and put it into one very delightful roll. Price is very reasonable. Me and my fiancé got two rolls, two soups, and a drink for around $20. Some recommended improvements: I would love more labeling on the main menu. As a first timer it took me a few minutes to understand how to read the menu. (Make Your Own Sushi) in big bold letter above the menu, then (Pick 1, Pick 1, Pick Any, Pick Any, Sides) would help give the less sociable customers instruction. Overall I love it and will be back! read more

This place is alright, you get what you pay for. Good sushi rice with alright sushi. I get bowls which help me feel full. Come and eat here if you like sushi but are fat. That's why I like it read more

Service was poor and slow . Dining area was dirty. I've eaten at plenty of other locations and never had these problems. The reason I give it 2 stars is strictly because the sushi was still very good. read more

I thought it was a really good place for people new to sushi. Kind of like fast food sushi but better quality. Staff was helpful and menu easy to understand. Great value as well. read more

Great value. One roll will feed a hungry person. You can do half one protein and half another protein on a roll. Staff are genuine and really cool. This is a company started by OSU graduates. Support this successful concept! It's on a roll...Har har. :) read more

This place is outstanding. It is a 5 star quality restaurant with 1 dollar sign. It is like a make your own sushi, but don't worry as they will help you. If in Columbus stop by! read more

Amazing fresh veggies with many vegan options and a friendly staff. Glad I stoped while visiting Columbus!

Great food and great people! Each roll is made to order with *cooked* protein options, and the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. My daughter is 1.5 and she loved the chicken roll! (They have pb&j rolls for the picky eaters too). We had a wonderful experience and look forward to our next trip to Fusian! read more

Very cool concept! Staff was friendly and walked me through the entire process. They even make their own lemonades! The roll was great and I will definitely be back again. read more

Absolutely loved it! The sushi is great, it's affordable and it's in a pretty little spot! I'd go there every night if I could! I'd absolutely recommend Fusian to friends. read more

What an awesome idea! It's like the Chipotle of sushi! The rolls are large and the ginger limeade is mind blowing. I only wish my stomach was as big as my eyes at Fuasian. It also has great vegetarian options as well. read more

Awesome quality in products and overall tasted great. However, the customer service I experienced was extremely.... awkward? I don't think I have ever been more belittled or embarrassed when placing a food order (Fusion first timer) in my life. To the worker with the gauges, I give out free hugs buddy. All you have to do is ask :) read more

I really love this place I seriously could eat fifty rolls If I let myself lol! I love the choices it's like the chipotle of sushi you have all your normal toppings and sometimes they will do seasonal toppings which is cool. I love that they give you an option of white/brown rice and they have a good selection of sauces like spicy mayo and this is my fave one honey soy sauce seriously best thing ever! I only gave it a three because I had two chicks who were extremely rude to the point I almost didn't even pay for my roll of you saw the mess they made on there you'd see why but there was another girl who was very pleasant and she was the nicest person ever! read more

My favorite sushi in Columbus. Great for for the price and beautiful design of their spaces. I have to say this is my least favorite location specifically due to the slow service. There is just no sense of urgency. I usually try to grab this before I head into work but I have to plan at least a half hour because it can take me up to ten minutes to get my order from start to finish read more

Amazing concept. Got a custom sushi roll and the salmon seemed fresh. One of the best places in Easton for lunch.

Excellent place. If you ever come to Easton you NEED to come here. I love sushi and this place focuses on it. Everything is fresh, plenty of healthy options. The people are great and has an amazing atmosphere. It is the chipotle of sushi and I LOVE IT. read more

Super fast sushi. Pretty good for on the go. As everyone else is saying, like Chipotle for sushi. Great inexpensive lunch option that I can get to quickly for my hour long lunch. I recommend everyone trying it atleast once. They bring in a special ingredient every month that fits for that time of year. In July, it was peaches, which I thought was strange to have in sushi but it I tried it and it gave the roll a great crunch. read more

Pretty basic and bland sushi. I put it almost on the same level as grocery store sushi, but more expensive. It's not bad, but it's not great. It's just OK, and very simple. read more

I absolutely love this place! Such a cool spin on sushi. It's great for not only sushi lovers, but also children and those who don't prefer to eat fish! The best part is being able to add whatever I want to my roll for a flat rate. It is the same concept as Chipotle, but with its own attributes. Great eats! read more

A new Easton gem. Fast and delicious sushi made your way.

Pleasantly surprised. It's the sushi version of Chipotle and Piada. I like that you see how it's made, and you can add lots of extras for no extra cost. Very local oriented and recycle friendly. read more

The "Chipotle" of Sushi. I for one am beyond over this trend of "Chipotle" style dining fusion so walking in to try this place I already had reservations. The food while quality is about as authentic of sushi as Chipotle is to Mexican food as well, so another strike against them in my book, I'm an authentic sushi guy so to see grilled chicken and steak as options makes me roll my eyes and say "fucking hipsters". I reluctantly made my roll with what I would offer are very limited options that if you want more than one protein item in your roll gets to be more expensive than if you just went to an actual sushi restaurant. The best I can offer this place is that its better than getting sushi at Kroger, but I'll never eat here again unless my girlfriend begs me too and I lose the debate of getting her to eat actual sushi instead of what I would refer to FUSIAN as the Newark Roll. A complete pass for me. read more

I LOVE THIS PLACE!!! I eat here weekly & my sushi as always been perfect! Love the staff & Jason the owner is awesome. Thank you for bringing Fusian to Easton!!! read more

Always fast, never a line! Huge perk for me because I'm always trying to get something quick while at work. The workers are always nice and cheerful. And last but definitely not least, the food... always so good no matter roll I get! I do wish the Easton location had bowls but not a deal breaker for me! read more

I absolutely LOVE fusian. Always fresh ingredients, fast service, and great price for a healthy meal. I eat here for lunch at least once a week read more

Great service! Excellent sushi. Awesome prices. Definitely worth checking out for a quick, healthy meal.

I was ok. Sushi didn't wow me. Nice for a quick sushi run, nowhere near as good as a real sushi bar. Needed more variety. Miso soup was ok; bland, but tons of tofu. read more

Staff is always friendly. I like the variety of items given for making your own roll. Service is pretty fast. The sushi roll is a nice size so I actually get full with just one roll. read more

Awesome place.. veggie friendly.. great customer service.. plenty of options for everyone.

My son and I went in for lunch. We both love sushi. We had our rolls made. Employees didn't seem friendly or happy to be at work. Flavor of the rolls was good however made both of us feel ill within 30 minutes after leaving. Plus their drinks were horrible. We had agave lemonade as choices were limited and my son is diabetic. It wasn't more than yellow water in a cup. We both agreed to get sushi elsewhere next time. read more

I've never had a bad experience with this place. You get to build your own sushi and the portions are huge ! This is my go-to spot for sushi! read more
