Denis arrived promptly. He explained everything he was checking and found the problem (wiring issue in attic). He quoted me the price beforehand, and that's what I paid. He was professional, and I love that he put booties on over his shoes before entering my home, and he cleaned up after. I also really appreciate that the business is prompt, great with communication and that they gave me a 2-hour timeframe for his arrival, and that he did arrive then. I'll definitely be using Fuse in the future. read more

I'm very pleased with the electrical work that Sam did for me. He replaced three smoke alarms and re-arranged some switches. He came on time, worked efficiently, and was respectful of me and my property. I will be calling Fuse for other work in the future. read more

Great experience with Fuse HVAC! Would definitely recommend them to others. My range hood broke during Covid - and neither my partner, myself, nor my dad could figure out how to fix it. After running out of ideas for asking the handy people in my life, I finally started reaching out to some HVAC / electrical folks. Some people quoted me $150 for diagnostic - crazy! Fuse offered diagnostic of $60 and an appointment later in the week. Very prompt. Stem showed up on time, and took about 15 to 20 minutes to look around before figuring out that the range hood had become disconnected from the electrical socket (it was hidden up in a cupboard, so none of us knew to look there). He re-plugged it in and fixed it immediately! Easy! He charged me the $60 for the diagnostic and said my range hood worked fine and no need to replace or fix anything. Amazing! I was so happy with the service. Would definitely recommend Fuse to others! Prompt, responsive, great service, and Stem is awesome. Will definitely call them back if I have any future electrical or appliance issues! read more

Sam came to install a new light fixture. He was super efficient and professional and the whole process went very smoothly. Would recommend!

Super responsive, quick to come on-site. Satisfied with the final result. Project ended up getting done in two visits since we weren't totally happy with the initial solution to sealing our HVAC intake/return. The technician was great communicating about the solution and came back quickly to finish it off the way we wanted. They'll make it right. More cost-effective than another vendor estimate. Will use again. read more

Sam from FUSE replaced 14 recess light fixtures in my house. They were using the old fluorescent light bulbs and why the builder used these types I have no idea. He was able to change them to be able to use the regular standard incandescent lights and cleaned up the area after the work was done. Never been happier. Thanks again. read more

Mikhail was punctual, very cordial, friendly, and he took the time to answer all of the questions I had during the quoting stage and first visit. Once he came back to install my Tesla wall connector, he did an amazing job, kept the work space clean, and again took the time to explain any last minute things I needed to know before we went our separate ways. Fuse's Customer Service, Scheduling and Technician were top-notch! Over the years I have paid multiple people who claimed to know how to fix my undercounter icemaker. I finally gave up after faulty repair results continued (i.e. leaking, lack of ice production, etc), and purchased a new unit. Home Depot delivered and "installed" my new icemaker, but water ended up leaking all over my floor after they left. They didn't install the drain pump kit I purchased!! Based on all the great reviews, I reached out to Fuse, and they were very responsive and communicative out of the gate. They assured me their technician had experience installing icemakers. For added peace of mind, they even texted a photo of Stan, the assigned technician, before his arrival. Stan was amazing! He installed my icemaker with the knowledge and expertise I never received in years past. He went above and beyond, which included explaining to me how my icemaker works! I will definitely use Fuse again! Thank you Fuse and Stan! read more

Fuse installed a ductless mini-split in two bedrooms. They did a great job, and we had a fantastic experience. It was a two day project. The two2 guys who did the job were fantastic. Very competent and very professional. The job was complicated, involving changing and connecting electrical far from the compressor site, cutting through a roof, etc. They did all of it perfectly, and did not require other contractors. read more

This is my third time using Fuse for home electrical repair. Denis did a great job to fix a poor connection in my condo building doorbell system. I highly recommend Fuse as a reliable source for electrical repairs. One recommendation I have is if they can clarify their service charge as well as minimal repair charges beforehand. This would prevent any surprises to new customers. read more

Our technician, Alex, looked at our old stove, he was able to fix a small area where the flame diverted slightly. Was not able to do a total repair at this time because parts are not always available, but he explained clearly what a total cleaning involves and what parts are needed, and the stove actually works fine. Alex was very honest and clear about the entire job. I will definitely use Fuse HVAC again. read more

I had an air exchanger ventilation fan that was not working. Went through yelp for an estimate and Fuse HVAC & Electric sent their technicians to check if it could be fixed or replaced. It was part of the 25yr old condo I had and a few other companies had already said they never heard of an air exchanger fan and didn't do that work. Lucky for me Stan looked at it and took with him to see what he could do. I received a good estimate to fix it and agreed to have them do the work. Fuse was great, kept me up to date on getting the parts and Stan did an excellent job on fixing it and reinstalling it into the sofit. I will definitely use Fuse again if I have future projects. read more
